SUMMIT AIR CONDITIONING INC

My family has been using Summit since the early 80's, and I have been using them for about 10 years now. They maintain the A.C. at my home, and were able to keep a system that should have been changed years ago running up until this week. I opted for replacement over repair this time, as the repair didn't make financial sense. I loved that, as always, I was given straight forward options, a straight forward price estimate, and absolutely no pushy, over the top, high pressure sales tactics. I opted for a 16 Seer Trane model, and was told the crew would be there the next day at 9 a.m. The following morning, Gabe and Holly arrived right on schedule. Gabe explained to me exactly how the process would go, and answered all of my questions. Meanwhile, Holly was laying down drop cloths everywhere they might walk. After that, they made extremely quick work of removing, and disposing of my 25 year old unit. They worked quickly and efficiently, while still maintaining a fantastic eye for detail/quality. By about 11:30 a.m, Gabe informed me they would be starting the system back up! I was amazed and so happy to have air again, especially after only 2.5 hours! They started up the unit, worked on the finishing touches, and cleaned up for another half an hour, and were done by 12:00. Just 3 hours! Gabe showed me how to use my new thermostat, how to change the filters in the new unit (they provided me with 3 extra filters!), and asked if I had anymore questions, which I did not. I can not say enough good about Summit air conditioning. Their installers and service techs are always so professional, knowledgeable, and seem to really enjoy their craft. These guys are a true, family owned, union company, and I truly believe that is what makes all the difference. You just can't beat the skills and knowledge of a union trained craftsman. Summit will always get all of my business, and I will continue to recommend them to my friends, family, and colleagues!

I have used them for many years and they’ve always been fair, efficient and do good quality work. The workers were great.
