SPECIALTY GLASS-THE PALM GDNS

I cannot speak to the quality of their technical work, but their poor customer service was enough to make me look elsewhere. It started off well. The scheduling team set up an appointment for some time between 9 am and noon about a week out. The day before, I received three phone calls within a five minute period while I was in a meeting. I sent them to voicemail. I returned the call about an hour later when I was free. The scheduler informed me that I was not responsive so they gave my appointment to someone else and I would need to find another time. What!?!? After speaking to the very rude owner who implied I was the reason for the confusion, I hung up. I do not think they know how hard it can be to make arrangements to get leave from work, rearrange meetings, etc. So instead of finding another appointment time, I am going to find another company.

Originally, I had another company, Sergio Glass to do the work for my impact door, but waited 3 months still no door. So I got my refund and chose Specialty Glass from recommendations of my community. I got my door ordered and installed within 2 weeks!! Pricing even better than my previous company quoted. I’m so glad I found Specialty Glass. I love their service, promptness for customer service. Definitely returning.

Very professional and friendly staff. Competitive pricing and prompt service. Were able to help me with 3 out of the 4 projects I needed help with, but gave the 4th one a shot even though they doubted it would work and gave me a full refund when it didn't work out. Highly recommend them.

They came out and gave a quote on replacing several panes of glass for us. We tried to schedule them on 6 different occasions. Nobody would return calls despite repeated attempts to schedule the service and being told that we would get a call back. Finally, after weeks of failed attempts at getting anywhere with them, we asked to speak to the owner or manager. They refused to give out the manager or owner's names once we indicated that we would like to speak to someone in charge. No reliable. Not dependable. And HORRIBLE service. Their pricing was competitive, but given that they never perform the service, I'd have to recommend staying far away from these folks.

great. They came and removed it and were great. I had used them befor for two new shower frameless enclosures. They are real profesionals.

We called Specialty. They came down the next day, surveyed the situation and had someone here the following day. The work was punctual, professional, neat and greatly appreciated.
