 + -1 moreI needed to know exactly what palm trees our landscaper bought from this company. The worker, Donia said that they were Christmas palms. We did not want Christmas palms so she said that we can bring them back for an exchange. So we brought in the trees and the manager said they don't accept returns. We wanted to exchange these palms for more expensive palms so that they would make more money, (which she was charging more money for when we came in, than what she said over the phone to boot!) We left and will not give them our big landscaping job to this third world company.

Description of Work: Plants were not in good shape. Hard to find anyone around to talk to. it could have been the time of year and after a cold snap as don't want to say it's all their fault but presentation is not appealing and knowledge of staff was low. Better to go to Amelia's Smarty Plants down on Dixie Highway.

Description of Work: We purchased several mature trees from them, and found their selection very good. They were helpful, and were very careful in burlapping the trees and delivering them to our home.

Description of Work: The lady at Southern Gardens helped me to design my new front yard landscaping. I brought her a picture of the front of my home and simple measurements and she was able to recommend just the plantings I was looking for.
