SNOWDEN ELECTRIC

I was in the middle of a water heater replacement that i decided i would try myself. Chris not only helped me get it installed properly, he also provided education on points where i messed up. I am no electrician, but i am a cloud computing consultant, and by no means an idiot. I like that he was able to recognize that and interact with me as a person, without treating me like an ignorant consumer. It seemed that they know the job is taking care of the person, not the problem. From electrical and building code, to wire gauge best practices etc, all of my questions were answered. Next time i want to try my hands at another do-it-yourself electrical project i might hire him from the start to make sure i dont mess it up as i go. (im too stubborn to let someone else do it all) Jim R.

Chris arrived promptly, as scheduled. He was very professional and set about his work. He was very kind and helpful with helping me to repair the the temperature/clock box on my range, which had broken loose. He spent the better part of the day at my home, between running out for parts. He cleaned up after himself, and when he was finished, my pool area was much safer and I was able to use my range.
