The process was ethically challenged, while the letter of Realtor ethics may or may not have been followed I'll check one day, the agent delayed paperwork while repeatedly misleading us as to the reason for the delay. In the end, he was soliciting more offers. This occurred after the landlord/his agent/my agent and I agreed on a monthly rental price. They ended up taking another offer. We were making a move in Florida and being strung along for 10 days+ obviously hindered our plans. This agent clearly does not regard an agreement on price, major terms and sending out lease (albeit with errors) to be a transaction. Be warned nothing may be what it seems.
