Simple Water Service

Bait and switch guy. We told him exactly what we needed before he came and he quoted us $130. After he was done doing exactly what we discussed, he said it would be $250, and when I said WTF, he said ok, only $175 because he was 1.5 hours late.

He was able to come the same day. He was professional and friendly. The charge was reasonable. I would hire again

I was extremely happy with the team of gentleman who came out to install our water system. I have been battling water issues for 2 years and Simple Water Service came out to explain the issues in plain language (had to be a scientist to understand the other companies). They were professional, friendly and did a great job.

Nathan and Mike are great to work with. They go above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience. Nathan is very responsive and so good at explaining the system problems. They donâ t try to rip you off like some of the other companies. This company is superior in every way. I highly recommend them.

Very impressive company. Nathan provided important information that led me to select the proper water conditioning and filtration system. He was very prompt and professional from initial inspection visit through final installation. He was very responsive in providing my requested information regarding equipment specifications. I look forward to Simple Water Service to provide annual inspections and maintenance as may be needed.

Nathan the business owner was more than knowledgeble and qualified to do the job asked of him. When any person comes into your home, and attempts to repair your problem, he or she walks into a "rats-nest" of could be-problems. There was a problem having to deal with out-dated equipment where parts are no longer available. (a fact and common in the plumbing world).. Nathan handled the situation (NO-BS) no complaints,, knew exactly how to proceed, put his head forward and accomplished the job in record tme... I worked in constuction my entire life (NYC) and if were still in business, I would hire this guy in a minute....Very competant and honest,,,, I am a very satisfied customer,,,, Henry K.

This was an emergency repair. They contacted me within 2 minutes of connecting with Home Advisor and were at my house in 25 minutes. They had my issue fixed and fixed a few extras for "WELL" below what I expected to pay for an emergency repair.
