Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: I used Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning to do a basic air conditioning checkup.

Description of Work: I called several companies in the area when my AC system broke down with a house full of guests on thanksgiving and Service Experts was the only one to respond. I purchased a new system which they promptly installed and saved my holiday. I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I bought two inspections/maintainance calls from this provider. I only used the first one in November of 2011. I previously reported this inspection and did NOT use the second one. Every time that Service Experts has visited my house they have found that I neededsome type of repair including repairs which exceeded $500 on several occasions in the past. I started to use another company which came in to do the repairs and to keep my air conditioning system running properly. The last several times I was told I needed repairs this other company told me that I did not need to do anything and did not charge me. I have decided that this is a pattern and now only use the other provider for my A/C in my home .

Description of Work: I called this morning about the heat cycle on one of our temperature control units. The company had a technician here within two hours to effect the necessary adjustments on the Honeywell Thermostat unit upstairs in my house. The reconfiguring of the thermostat was done after consulting Honeywell Technical service and completed within a reasonable time.
