Bought the "Premium" service contract which supposedly guaranteed priority service calls. A/C stopped cooling overnight. Called them at 8:00am and they said they'd "work" us in. I called them at 1pm when I'd not heard from anyone. Was told this time we were scheduled between 4-6pm. At 5:50 I called again and was told the tech was on the way. He did arrive (without a call) at 6:15 he trouble shot the unit and said the compressor fan was bad but the warehouse was closed so it would be Saturday. Called Saturday morning at 8:00 am was told I was again scheduled from 4-6pm. When I asked them why so long they said they are scheduled 2 weeks out and we were lucky to get an appointment. Woman was extremely rude. I called another Lennox service company and they had a tech at my house in 1 hr on a Saturday. I will never use Service Experts again.

I had a family friend who is in the HVAC business do this same work for me for $100. I will never use Service Experts again.

This was the first time every that I had to have the scheduled service re-scheduled. However, they are consistently on-time and responsive and have helped me with emergency service on the past. Since they installed my air-conditioner, I have continued to use them, usually with a service contract, although I am now getting a cheaper price on the half-yearly maintenance without the contract.

They were both top of the line Lennox models. The experience was good. I've used them in the past. They are a merger of a couple of smaller companies. There were 3 of them and they worked well. One of the units was a tough installation because it was a real limited space. They were good. Jason sold me the unit and he was very good. He answered all my questions and we went back and forth on some issues. They did very well and I don't have any complaints. I used them for my last air conditioning unit so it wasn't my first time. The pricing was high because it is top of the line and it had a heat pump. It's a really nice unit. Their punctuality was good. The only thing that was bad was that they also installed electronic filters that collect the dust. There is a metal window in the Lennox that you install the filters in and there was something with the sizing so I had to wait a while to get the right size and they had to actually cut the metal on the unit to get them in so I was a little disappointed in that because I wanted the air units installed to prevent all the stuff from being up in my ductwork. I didn't want it to be pulling the dust into the new unit. It might have been able to have been foreseen but Jason was on it. It just took longer than what I thought it should have. They were here as planned and completed the work in a day. They were good. Jason explained the units very well. We actually had to remove a wall in one of the closets to get one of the units in but I was very upfront with that because I really wanted the Lennox units.

It went fine. No hassle installation, everything done correctly and promptly. The new one is significantly more efficient and has lowered my monthly electric bill.

I was not happy with them because they were asking me more money. They did have to put in a Freon pack. I purchased the big deal for $39 and ended up paying them a little over $100. I did not like them. They were not professional at all.

They were great. We kept the technicians card and would came him anytime. He came on time and did not charge anything extra since the call was on the weekend and at night. I was very happy with the service.

We used their services for at least 20 years. The experience seemed to be going well, but then on their last visit, they did something unethical so we decided to go with another company.

They did a good job. It was a fair price.

Inspection and regular service was performed and for a second time, this company claimed that I needed an expensive repair from the service call. My air/heat had been working but during the call I was told that I needed over $500 worth of work on my air conditioning which was not in use when they arrived as the weather was cool but had been working last time I used it. I called the same company I had used the last time I was given a repair estimate from Service Experts and who had repaired the problem for less than half what I was quoted from Service Experts.That company returned and had the A/C working in less than 10 minutes without a charge. Stan's A/C is who I am using in the future and I will submit a separate report on them. not sure of the actual date but it was late november 2011 or december. I was not sure that I wanted to write such a negative report.

I've used them for years. They come twice a year to clean and service the air conditioner. I pay $139 a year. They are late all the time. They are very professional. I will continue to use them.

I HAVE BEEN USING SERVICE EXPERTS FOR OVER 13 YEARS. THEY HAVE REPAIRED, TUNED AND REPLACED MY A/C UNIT. THE UNIT WAS MAKING A VIBRATING SOUND. COLIN 'LOOKED' AT IT AND SAID THE KNEW IT WAS THE MOTOR AND FAN UNIT. HE SAID, "IT IS BECAUSE OF THE RAIN, THE RAIN THAT FALLS FROM THE SKY" HE THEN TOLD US THE PARTS WERE COVERED BY LENNOX. THEN HE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE A LABOR CHARGE OF ALMOST $600. i CALLED THE OFFICE AND TOLD THEM THE PRICE WAS HIGHLY OVERPRICED. THEY SAID 'CORPORATE' MAKES UP THE PRICING. I ASKED FOR CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE IT FIRST, COLIN SPOKE TO US TWO MATURE DISABLED WOMEN LIKE WE WERE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROCESS. THEN, THE OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE NOR HELPFUL. I CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY FOR A TUNE UP AND THEY CHANGED THE FAN, MOTOR, CAPACITOR AND CONTACTER, ALL COVERED BY LENNOX AND ONLY CHARGED ME THE ORINGINAL $59 TUNE UP CHARGE, I AM DONE WITH SERVICE EXPERTS

They make an appointment over the phone, and they always come when they're supposed to. They are polite and courteous. We don't get the same guy every time. They clean up after themselves.

I got exactly what I expected from a courteous and knowledgable technician

I took advantage of the Angie's List coupon offer. They were very good. They looked at a number of areas and fixed some problems that I wasn't aware of. Those problems were about to cause some failures in the system. The service was very good. I appreciated the expertise and help of the person that came by.

Technician examined unit ("package unit" on roof of my two-story townhouse) and told me that there was extensive mold. He told me that a thorough cleaning would cost $400, but that he could complete the tune-up and then have someone else come back and install a UV (ultraviolet light) unit, that would eliminate the mold problem, for "seventeen fifty". There was no written estimate given for either service. I naively/stupidly thought he meant $17.50, but I soon realized he meant $1750.00. Since I only spent about $2800 for the AC unit when it was brand new, I decided that this was more than I wanted to pay. When I told the technician I had decided to hold off on the UV unit, he informed me that he had already done over $400.00 worth of cleaning on the AC coil and fan. I was somewhat stunned by this, especially since he had been there only about an hour and had spent part of that time talking to my neighbor (possibly while still working, though). At that point, I felt I had to accept the technician's word, since I don't really know what the going rate is for such services and I can't get up on the roof to examine the work completed myself, and I agreed to pay a total of $455.00, i.e., $39.00 for the "Big Deal" tune-up and $416.00 for the additional cleaning. End result: my $39 deal turned into a $455 expense, and I couldn't help feeling like I'd "been had". I'm very curious to know how many customers who have taken advantage of this "Big Deal" have ended up paying only the advertised $39; I'm guessing very few. Ultimately, I have only myself to blame, but I will never use this company again!

They are okay and seem to do a good job compared to others. The only other companies that I've used around here since I've moved to this house are the ones that I've found on Angie's List. They seem to be a fairly large company and my neighbor uses them and they seem to do a good job. I am going to make it real brief, it went well. They came in and found the problem and fixed it. They didn't waste anyone's time and everything is running perfectly now.

They are punctual and really go the extra mile to make sure they make the appointments to keep your system in check twice a year. My systems always needs UV lamps and special filters. They send me the same guy twice a year since he knows what he is doing. I am really happy with them.

Their installation was good but we had a lot of problems with follow up with them. I would recommend that you avoid them and look for another company.

We had to replace the entire system. We called them at least 3 times between the time of installation and by the time the unit finally passed inspection (July to November), during which they had to come out twice. We had a service contract w/ them to come and service the units every 6 months. The phone operators are terrible! We would get calls repeatedly as a reminder that we were due for our maintenance and nobody seemed to understand that we just had a whole new unit replaced and we didn't need maintenance for another 6 months.

The person that came would not come in without things on his feet and he wouldn?t park in my driveway. If he needed to go into the attic, he wouldn?t use my ladder and he had to use his own and did everything by the book. They would not give me a price and said he would have to come back. He came back and gave me the price it was a thousand higher than the company I went with for not a good a unit and he said he was going to call his boss and see if he could do something. He was supposed to come back later that day, but he did not. He quoted me a price of about $7,000 and something. I thought he was very professional and by the book, but I did not like the part about the money. The other stuff does not matter if they are going to rip you off. He was very careful and had a whole album of units and all sorts of things. He was quite knowledgeable and tried to show me problems that were with my unit. He was punctual and both times he was here when he said he would be.

They charged us $104 just for the trip out. The guy told us that we had problems with the sequencers and that we needed to order the part for $173. Instead, we had a friend over who helped us for $80, telling us that the sequencers weren't the problem, but that something just wasn't connected properly. That fixed the problem.

This company was easy to get in touch with and make the appointment. They came for the appointment on time. The representative that came out was very pleasant. My unit has been working great since it is new. My experience with this company was pretty hassle-free, with a few reservations.

Unexpectedly, technician found mold. Were able to get it cleaned and treated in a timely manner, unfortunately for us the UV system was $4000+. Able to put this under a payment plan offered by them through an affiliate. Because of the frequency of visits at this time, the scheduling coordinators did miss up some times. On bi-annual visits, no scheduling problems encountered.
