 + -1 moreThey started working on it in April. They kept sending out different men all decided it needed a part. They would order part and come back in two weeks to put it in. Nothing they put in was the problem. I wanted to stay with them because I had purchased a whole house warranty. NEVER AGAIN. They are idiots and they don't care. Finally I called another repair person, he fixed it in 30 minutes with a common part he had on his truck. No wonder sears is going out of business !!!

 + -1 moreThis company sold me tires and they didn't detect that the one of the rims was a different measurement. Although I enjoyed there tires I sensed that the car was not handling properly, they told me that everything was fine. I went to a different location and I was right. 1 rim was a different size. Sears put me off instead of looking and detecting the issue. They put me off long enough so the warranty was expired.
Description of Work: I went to buy some tires and they offered free rotation of tires, $59.21 each.
