First impression was great. David D came out and promptly inspected home and gave a quote for roof replacement. While waiting to get all necessary approvals to start the job a leak happened over a week ago. Called company and David to do a temporary fix and stop the leak until job starting. A week later and nobody has come to stop the leak. Am wondering if I should move on to another company.

Excellent overall experience. Clean worker who cleaned up behind himself, spoke very well and explained what was going on. The company was responsive and timely and the charges I thought were definitely fair. Best of all I have not had to call them back out for the work, so I used them again on a commercial roof repair job this time and had the same experience. Next time I need a roofer, I'm calling SeaBreeze again.

Both jobs completed quickly. The estimator, Elvis, arrived the day after I called-both times. Received estimates the same day as he was here. The first leak was repaired with-in a week of first phone call. Mike repaired the roof efficiently and quickly, showing me the problems, damage and final repair. The second fasia leaks also went as well as the first time-fast and well done by Mike. All repairs are guaranteed for a year. I recommended them to my contractor because they did such a good job. Both jobs completed this past month. Would definitely call again.

Look no further for a roofing company. Jason and his team did an outstanding job on my roof. First with helping us find the right tile color for our home. Secondly with scheduling....staying on schedule, installation and final cleanup. It was a very seamless process. I have also used Jason prior to replacing my roof with leak repairs and replacing our skylight. As a realtor in Palm Beach County, I know the value of having a strustworthy roofer. I can count on Jason to provide an expert opinion of the condition of a roof once it's flagged by a general inspection. Jason is not out to sell my clients a roof just to make a quick buck. Great... I was referred by my RE agent and but felt better when I saw them on Angieslist. I also got another estimate from a competitor to make sure the estimate was fair and Seabreeze beat them by $75. Since my house is closing I asked if they could get the job done asap. They thought they could get it done by the end of the week but it turned out they were able to squeeze me at the end of the next day. They two guys showed up early, were professional and got the job done quickly. They emailed me photos later (tonight) to show me what they had done.
