Description of Work: Both James, who did the estimate, and the man who did our repairs, which were high above our pool, were very professional. The price was also fair. Because a hail storm damaged many enclosures in the area, ScreenBuilders took a while to give us an estimate, but we could well understand their delays. Overall, the experience with them was very, very good.

Description of Work: Screen Builders replaced an old framed patio screen enclosure with a new frame and screens. I'd just replaced the old Chattahoochee floor with porcelain tile and to my horror the installer cracked and broke off a third of one tile when drilling to install the frame. They did not offer to repair or compensate for the damage. My "A" ratings reflect the company's products and not the installer's abilities.

Description of Work: Constructed a new screen patio enclosure with sky lights. Everyone involved in this organization is top drawer: sales, sales support, designers, and construction crew.  + -1 moreNo glitches whatsoever. ScreenBuilders set expectations, and exceeded them. They cleaned up after themselves, and there were no problems at all. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: This company did the highest possible quality job as far as I'm concerned as evidenced by the pool enclosure still in top perfect shape. Not a ripple in any of the screens - everything is still perfect. They set expectations and exceeded them as far as timeliness, they had actual proffessional surveyors come to measure everything perfectly. My patio is oddly shaped, and they had to make way to pour new concrete around and it's still perfect. It was pricy, but you get what you pay for and it was the going rate at the time for superior quality. This job included 3 doors, the concrete all around, all the permitting etc.

Description of Work: They constructed a screened enclosure on a concrete pad as an extension of the existing porch. They took care of the engineering drawings, permitting, and the entire construction process from start to finish.

 + 3 moreI had to schedule them in between the pool construction and the code inspections for that project, and their performance was flawless and professional in every instance. The fence beautifully follows the radius of the curved rear property line. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work that was done and the attention to detail that Screen Builders displayed during the installation. Screen Builders did the measurements and prefabricated the materials in their own shop, for quick installation. They were well versed on the code requirements of our municipality and passed all inspections effortlessly.
