I have to say Screen Builders (SB) price was at the top of the three quotes obtained from qualified competitive merchants. 2nd quote matched priced, craftsmanship and quality materials. SB accommodated my split scheduling in order to interact with other contractors working in the house around the same perimeter. SB sales, operations center and working technician/craftsman displayed confidence, skills, knowledge and abilities consistent with a professional grade merchant. SB craftsman showed to my house fully briefed by their sales and operation center knowing exactly the project specifications and customer requirements without a shadow of a doubt. Technicians took care of ecosystem and real state dwelling as if was their own. Technicians kept good communications with customer and their sales and operations center when the need for additional work was requested by customer. SB fulfilled their contractual obligation to the last 7 inch marine grade anchor screw and corresponding vinyl protective cap. Professional men at work. Employees displayed self motivation requiring almost no supervision by customer. My pool enclosure is ready for the next hurricane party.

We had two separate contractors one day the pavers that was done in one day, then the screen guy came installed the structure and then installed the screen. Great job very satisfied.

In a word, WOW! Not only was this bid the lowest, the quality of materials and workmanship were superb. The new enclosure is extremely strong and anchored to the footings with giant bolts. Erected in 3 days, a couple of weeks after the detailed final measurements were taken by SB technicians. The new enclosure is beautiful.

All the work was done while we were out of town. We were kept advised of progress and we were delighted with the work when we returned. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

Screen Builders completed in a timely manner, very good service and great install very easy to work with. This is 2nd time I have used them.

Scheduled a three man crew to work the patio area. Arrived on time, professional, clean and polite. Scheduled one man to do front entry. Very knowledgeable, professional and on time. Joan was very professional and knowledgeable. She was great to work with.

We indicated we wanted to see the screen sliders and that we were selecting the smaller area to be screened. They got back saying that an appointment would have to be made and we answered we are available this and that time. We never heard from them again. Misunderstanding explained: Emails went to spam. We were able to see the installation and liked it. We are going ahead with it, already paid a deposit, now awaiting for permitting with PBC. All is well.

The installers arrived on time & continued working until the job was completed. He cleaned up well after completing the job. A day or so later the company sent their quality control person to review the job before the county inspector came.

We had a great experience dealing with Screen Builders, Inc. They did exactly what was contracted for in the time promised.

It was amazing, no joke! Timely and also respectful. I was very impressed with how knowable they were and I could tell they were all about saving me money and time. They fixed what was important and nothing more unless I wanted it. Then when the worker came he was fast and respectful. Came in and went to work. And it looked beautiful and we are so happy. Won't use anyone else for my screened in patio!!

We love the finished product. All work was performed in a timely manner. All the people we dealt with were highly knowledgeable and professional.

After purchasing a home in Florida, we knew we would need a screened-in porch, so we used Angie's List to search for highly rated providers to build one for us. We met with a couple of different companies and decided to go with Screen Builders based on our conversations with the sales consultant John as well as the online reviews. John was very helpful guiding us through the process since our situation was complicated by two things: 1) our homeowner's association approval of the plans and design, and 2) parallel construction of in-ground spa and re-do of our entire patio brickwork. They helped us worked through some association concerns (which required a re-design) and completed all of the permit paperwork. Once we received association approval, the spa and pavers need to be completed first, which took almost 4 months. When the Screen Builders team could actually start the work, it took less than two weeks for them to complete the job and receive final inspection. Their process was seamless and communication with John as well as Jerry on their production team was great! The porch has exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality, appearance and open-air feel without feeling boxed in. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Ronald our sales rep has been with the company over 20 years. Helped to design a cost-effective, yet beautiful solution for our giant patio. They applied for and worked through any permitting issues with the city of Parkland (who have some unique rules), provided drawings for our HOA, quoted us in a timely basis and installed the entire structure in 2 days time. Their installers are efficient, hard workers who show up to work and get the job done (a rarity here in South Florida). The owner of the company is in touch regularly throughout the job and then called upon completion to make sure we were 100% satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Arrived exactly when they promised. Work was neat - and thorough. Cleanup was perfect! We love this company. This is already our second experience with this company. We are only sorry that we don't have more rescreening to do.

The work was completed in a timely manner. The finished product is quite beautiful. The team at Screen Builders were professional, knowledgeable and timely. They did a fantastic job completing our new backyard.

They did a good job. Some of the sales staff should have been better.

Called Screen Builders three times. Only one time did I speak with someone at the office. They asked for my information told me an estimator would call me that day or the next. Never heard from them. I called back two days later only to get the answering service, left all of the same info, no response. Sent an email and called on Sat (six days later) today Monday, no call. Seems they aren't really interested in customers.

We are new to Florida, having moved here in September 2014 from Texas. I worried about having a reputable company to do this work. Screen Builders was awesome from start to finish. Very professional & reliable. We love our new screen enclosure.

Amazing. I built a new swimming pool at my home. Screen Builders installed a huge pool enclosure with a Mansard roof. The enclosure is stunning! The crew was extremely professional and KICKED BUTT! I have never seen a more beautiful screen enclosure in my life. The attention to detail is magnificent. There are many screen companies out there but none can match the quality and customer service as Screen Builders. I will add pictures when pool has water!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. We put a deposit down in September for the patio and gate, gave them our HOA approval "go ahead" in October, the permits were approved in November and the patio wasn't completed until February. There was massive miscommunication between the concrete contractor (who is a subcontractor for screen builders) screen builders and ourselves. It took over two months just to get them to pour the concrete, and another two months to finish it. We constantly had to chase the concrete guy or screen builders to get work moving along. It was like a job within itself trying to find out when the workers were going to come, why they hadn't shown up, and when our project would be complete. They promised to be here on a certain day, and would not show, blaming the weather, which half the time was perfectly sunny. Originally they would show up unannounced, not leaving me time to call them into our front gate, after 3 times of this happening I put them on the permanent guest list, and still they would come up with excuses why they couldn't show up. We had the new patio connect to our old patio. We were told the concrete guy would scrape up our old finish and replace it to match, that never happened. He put a new finish on top, which looked horrible. The owner, Mike, came out to look at the job when we expressed how unhappy we were, and his response was "It's not that bad, I thought it was going to be a lot worse." This bothered me as I didn't pay $13,500 for a job that is considered "not that bad." We signed off approval at this point because we just needed the patio finished, as it had been so long, and such a headache. When they poured the concrete they sprayed our hedges and the ground beneath them. We now have grey splotches on our hedges and the concrete is still found hardened on the ground around them. The gate that was installed in October, fell off the hinges this month (February.) We called screen builders to come fix the door on the gate, and they screwed it in crooked, so now it scrapes the paint on the concrete when the door is opened or closed. The door won't shut unless it's lifted and put on the latch. Although our patio is FINALLY completed and the screen looks great, I would NOT use this company again as I can not deal with multiple issues arising, being mislead, and chasing the people around in hopes they will do the work they are paid for in a timely manner.

Joanne was an excellent sales person and a great contact throughout the process. Impressive materials above code. Installed in two days. Beautiful finish and product. We opted to get 5 removable panels for hurricane protection. Very impressed.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and clear about our options for the project. The company did a wonderful professional job for us. Clearly a quality construction and much attention to detail!

James was punctual and professional. Provided great detail of what would be involved in repairing screens. We went with another provider based on price. I would recommend this company for your screening needs. I would consider calling them again if we should need work done.
