Description of Work: They built removable panels for emergency hurricane protection and fixed 1 torn panel. I thought i reported this when it happened. They were really great the installer even waited out a thunder storm to finish a section because he knew my wife was afraid of lizards coming in. The CEO sent me his phone number the week after the job to make sure we were happy.

Description of Work: They replaced damaged screens in my pool enclosure including walls and tops. They came when they said they would and completed the job timely and at a fair price. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I thought I did this before. I had 4 7' x 7' sections of screen specially framed to be easily removable in event of a major storm. They were great! I saw the finished product in use before ordering. Debbie came out to my house to measure for costing, but the installer builds them to fit perfectly right at your house. We had a problem with a lightning and rain storm stopping construction. I asked the installer if I could safely tape on the old screening after the storm because my wife is afraid of lizards and other small animals getting inside. Without being asked, he waited in his truck until the storm passed and then came back and finished the section he was working on so that our patio was fully secured until his return. He also replace a ripped section in a difficult section 14' above the pool at a very fair price. Great product, great service, nice people. I later received a letter from the owner asking me to call about the results. I feel good about recommending them to others.

Description of Work: This company installed screen room 6 years ago and would not come back to give estimate for repair of leak. Said it was too far to come to do repair even though they are 12 miles closer than when then did the installation. They would not even recommend someone closer to do repair. When the economy is bad they were there, evidently when their business is good, too bad for | you.

Description of Work: Very easy to work with this company. Based on the number of panels I needed replaced they were able to give me a bid over the phone. I wasn't home when they arrived, so they kind of had to figure out on their own which panels needed repair. Later, I found a few more that needed fixing and they came right back over and did those (for an additional fee). Very fair and reasonable.

Description of Work: The installer (I'm blanking on his name, sorry) arrived on time, and got right to it - He pulled down the old, one-piece screen on my balcony, scraped, cleaned and reinforced the aging frame and then installed four individual screens in the four frame segments. Excellent work done for the quoted price and in a very reasonable time given how much prep work had to be done. Would definitely recommend or use again.
