I bought a new home around June 2012. It needed a lot of cleanup in terms of landscaping. I found Scott's Professional on the Internet and regrettably, did not check for reviews. From the beginning, the experience was terrible. Tabitha Lemon was extremely unprofessional right away in that she could not get the job done despite being paid in full. Initially, she would return calls, but once I started asking for my money back, she became 100% unresponsive. Because she was providing so many plants, I paid her 1/2 to begin the work. She did not begin the work the next day as agreed and instead insisted that I pay the other half since she needed to get so many plants and materials. Regrettably I did pay her the balance with the expectation that the work would start immediately. From that point on, it was nothing but excuses as I called daily. "The weather was bad", "The nursery sold the plants", "I don't have a crew" and on and on. It has been 4 weeks now with no work performed. Initially, I was at least able to reach Tabitha. Now, since I started telling Tabitha that I wanted a refund or I wanted plants delivered, she has stopped answering or returning my calls. I suspect I am not the only one calling and chasing her down.
Description of Work: Tabitha Lemon, the owner, agreed to plant around 12 different palms and bushes as well as take out a very large cactus, trim down a number of bushes and more importantly, build a sandbox for my 18 month old daughter.

It has been a disaster from the beginning. Work did begin within a few days of getting the job (8/22/2010), but has NEVER been completed, no matter how many phone calls have occurred. There is a fountain in the middle of this pond, and it has never been leveled. The large round stones that surround the pond were put in backwards, and have never been turned around. The timer to control the waterfalls has never been installed. Excuses have been: "I*'ll be there on Monday.", "The timer is in my truck. I just haven't had time to get over to install it." Concerning the stones: "Oh, that's no problem." (It 's only been 3 months!)
Description of Work: These were the services requested: (They have NEVER been completed as of 11/16/2010.) A koi pond was to be built in the back yard of my husband's son-in-law's home. (The son-in-law is in the hospital in Georgia with a serious illness.) The son-in-law wanted this done, and suggested that Scott's Pro Service do the work. Apparently, he knows Scott personally. In addition to the koi pond, which was to be approximately 15' by 20', there were to be 2 waterfalls installed with a timer, and appropriate landscaping done around the pond.
