They were very professional , very pleasant , prepped before they started work ( covered everything etc ) & cleaned thoroughly before they left . I can’t say enough good things about them . A++++++++++

I had an emergency situation Friday I have double etched glass front doors one was shattered They came out first thing Saturday morning to take measurements. And the following Monday replace both glass in the front door with a beautiful set of beveled glass. I would highly recommend this company they were fast and professional.

Scott's professionalism and willingness to work with the customer is something you don't see very much anymore in the service industry. We had some concerns with the way the work would be done and I have to say his crew were courteous and respectful and kept an impeccably clean work area. Would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone and for any job.

We had an investment property that we remodeled and when the home was completed and ready to list for sale we learned that the condition of the windows was far worse than we thought. I called Scott to see what he could do for us. Knowing that we didn't have time to order custom windows, Scott found windows locally that could be picked up immediately and offered to do the installation the next day. Within 24 hours of calling to get a price, Scott had the windows installed and all of the finish work completed. Our photographer was able to take pictures the very next day and a week later the house was under contract, all thanks to Scott and Schaefer Windows and Doors! Excellent company! I had them change an old kitchen window and two pocket sliding doors to an impact window and doors. They were very professional and fast from the initial estimate to completed installation as well as reasonably priced. I will use Schaefer again when I am ready to upgrade the windows in the rest of the house.
