We were displeased because of the lack of follow up and we did not get the preliminary service that we paid for and that was promised.

Absolutely amazing! The first night I called Jason it was 7:20 at night and he called me back in under 10 minutes. Responsive, reasonable, willing to work with us. He definitely takes pride in his work and enjoys it and overall he's just a really nice, genuine guy that you don't mind paying because he does such a great job. We can't say enough about him and would recommend him to anyone!

Jason and his crew have done a great job in my large, and formerly very messy, yard in Delray Beach. They worked hard in the pouring rain and left me with what look like a brand new property. I could not be happier. I have used several companies over the years for maintenance and occasional clean-ups,and the service provided by Jason is far above all. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and neighbors. Prompt reply to request for estimate and pricing that - combined with the high quality of work performed - may put lesser providers out of business. All work was done exactly as promised. Highly recommended!

They were extremely professional and did everything I asked. They also took some initiative and blew debris off my porch screen that was left there from another landscaping team used by my community.

Nothing was performed, as we scheduled with the owner, Jason, to come out and give us an estimate based on our needs. He told us that he had two jobs on east Woolbright, right near us today and would be able to come out from between 11-2pm, and that he would call to let us know exactly when that would be. Nothing, no phone call, nothing, until I called at around 3:30pm and left a message asking him to call us back. He did call and then said he was stuck on a job in Delray and that "if i remember, he said he really wouldn't know when he could come out". I repeated back to him, what he had stated regarding the jobs on Woolbright, the 11-2pm time frame HE HIMSELF gave to me and I stated that we were waiting since then and a phone call would have been nice. He said, well, are you available Monday, and I stated that we were going to hold off at this point. It was only an "estimate" - however, our time is valuable, as I am sure his is to him. I do not like the fact that he changed his story, when in the initial phone call to set up the estimate, HE was the one who told me his time frame and where his jobs for today were going to be. I don't like the fact that there was no phone call explaining that he could not come out at all. I should not have had to call him. It is unprofessional, and told me exactly how much he thought of our time. If he is overbooked, as he did state in the initial phone call, then he needs to either explain that he cannot make it, which would have been fine - just let us know, or not book it at all.

It was a Big Deal. His name is Jason Conturkyne. It was normally $100 and he gave us 50 percent off. He had another Big Deal for 4 hours of landscaping. He took a long time to call back. He came and saw the yard. I gave him a list of what trees I wanted and he said it would be ready in a week. I called him in 3 weeks and he said that he had been so busy with his Big Deals and he would have it that week. I called the next week and he said that he was so busy and would have it that night. I called another week later and then over a month later, he had the nerve to come back with only something for the front and it was done in crayon. It wasn't done to size or scale. It was something my 5-year-old would draw. There was no sketch for the back with the plants that I had given him. It added up to $7,000. I asked where was the sketch with the 20 plants and trees I wanted. He said that he would get that back to me. I told him I would give him 48 hours because I needed the sketch for my homeowners association. He said that he would scan it and send it to me. Then he said that his scanner wasn't working and he would refund my $50. Then a week later he sent me a drawing. It was a joke. He was totally unprofessional. He brought his 5-year-old child with him and couldn't even open his book to show me. He admitted that he was overbooked instead of trying to hire additional work. Everything was terrible. We would never use him.

I have two words of advice regarding Scapes Inc: "Hire them!" Jason and his company Scapes Inc. provide a perfect example of how a business should be run. My wife and I originally hired Scapes to consult on a complete re-landscaping of our front yard. Because we are on a limited budget, Jason has agreed to work with us on an ongoing basis to come up with a design which will be implemented over several stages. We then decided to hire him to do a separate job in the back yard, which involved trim, cleanup and removal of some plants. He and his crew showed up when he said they would, did exactly what he said they would do, and did it within the time frame he said they would. And although the price for the contracted work was already very reasonable, he actually went and did some extra trimming for us at no additional charge. We are now confident that we have hired the right company for us. We are looking forward to seeing the design choices Jason will be presenting to us, and to watch as those ideas become reality. We also know who to call for any other landscaping needs we may have. I'd like to share one last detail which I thought was pretty impressive. During our first consulting meeting, I showed Jason a picture I had taken as an example of some local landscaping I liked. Without any other identifying information in the photo, he identified where the picture had been taken, just by the landscape itself! This is a man who clearly knows his craft well.

Overall an excellant job was performed from the moment they arrived. Got right to work and paid attention to all details.

Jason and crew arrived on the date and time promised. They worked very hard and performed the job much to my satisfaction. Jason in particular shows an eager smile and doesn't mind hard work; he communicates well. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to friends and look forward to working with him again. A+++

Excelent profesional work, clean, and exactly what was asked or compromized better solutions. They were willing to help in all areas of lanscaping even fence protection for my dog. Above and beyond what was expected.

Jason has come several times to do landscaping and related yard work for me. He has expertly transplanted trees, helped with design of landscape and plant selection, installation of plants and much more. Hard working, pleasant and really strives to make the customer happy. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of hard work he and his team put in. I've had him come back several times and anticipate his being the only landscaper I will use from now on. I've been very pleased with everything his company has done for me and my yard! HIGHLY recommend him! It went GREAT!!!

Very responsive and timely. Good clean up of all cuttings after work was completed.

Everything went very well. My previous lawn company was not doing a good job, had not trimmed or mulched all year. I spoke with Jason on Monday, he came to work on Thursday, trimmed and cleaned up the entire yard, trimmed all the trees and bushes, mulched everything, and is now hired to do my weekly maintenance. He has come once more since then for the weekly cutting, etc. He does much of the work himself, not just "his crew", is on site to make sure everything is done right. We are very satisfied so far. And the price is the same as I was paying for the previous company who would show up very sporadically.

Jason from Scapes and his team did a fantastic job on my back yard. I purchased a new home in Boca last year, and the previous owner had been renting out the home. Needless to say, the yard was a mess. Jason gave a fair estimate and was able to get the work done very quickly. He was very professional, and extremely informative. What I found to be very impressing was when I was outside working on my new backyard a few weeks later, he stopped by to make sure that everything looked okay. That is good business. I will absolutely be using Scapes again in the future for landscaping or yardwork.

He charges $300 for a month, and he does everything. My overall experience has been excellent. He does any work that we need for the outside. He is here whenever he says he will be.

Excellent customer service and very professional approach to working with clients. Dedicated and punctual. Located on Angie's list, called and Jason returned the call that day. Showed up the next to give an estimate. Good ideas for landscape design and knows what will work well with plants, colors, soil, etc. Highly recommend to others!

The owner of the company returned my call withing several hours on a Saturday and came out Sunday as per my request to look at my yard and give me an estimate for regular service and an initial trimming of a very overgrown front and backyard. Several maintenance options were discussed and we agreed on a very reasonable long term plan for maintenance. For the first visit, he came as we scheduled two days later and went far above and beyond expectations and spent about six hours getting our very overgrown yard into shape. This not only included extensive weeding amd trimming, but dead plant removal, and even planting a large potted bird of paradise left behind by former owners. He is very knowledgable, professional and has exceptional work ethic. He will work with you to find a program that will fit your needs and budget. I highly reccomend Scapes, Inc.

Left a message requesting information about their services and promptly received a return call. It took about a week to finally get an estimate (trimming of privet hedges). Over the course of 3 weeks, the owner repeatedly promised to do the work but never showed up. I left a final message and never heard back from him.

This company is a full landscaping company and many times we have them do various jobs for us like shaping the bushes, planting, etc. They are excellent and really take the time to pay strict attention to detail in every aspect of what they do. I also find that their landscaping work is exceptional and I will probably need more of this very shortly.
