Description of Work: Jason was very professional, respectful and nice. He and his assistant ripped out dead trees and replaced them with new ones. They also trimmed our palm trees. They worked fast and were tidy. He was a super nice guy. I recommended him to 2 neighbors and I will use him again in the future.

Description of Work: I received nothing for my $50.00. He responded at first that he was "too busy" and would do my gardening plan soon. He was apologetic but then I never heard from him again. He never responded to my follow up calls or e-mail. I never received my gardening plan.

Description of Work: Never contacted me. Cancelled deal after almost a month of waiting to no avail, even after vendor was contacted again by Angie's List.

Description of Work: The guys came out and prepared our landscaping for the hurricane season. In addition we requested the removal of several cabbage palms and a queen palm. They removed a wild orchid tree as well as a large weed tree. The first day on the job we had a hiccup. An error was made on the crews part. I called Jason the owner and informed him. He was quick to take accountability and created a plan to correct the issue with no cost to us. The crew was hard working staying well into the night on several days. The job took over a week to complete and the communication was consistent. Jason and Tim continued to touch base and we now having them servicing us monthly. They take pride in how my home looks with each visit. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Came out and did a "hurricane clean-up." Major pruning, and clean up. Did a great job. Very pleased. Lot's of work done for time spent. Listened, understoon our needs and delivered what we needed.

Description of Work: The owner went out of his way to accommodate my needs despite that I am out of his service area (I'm in Wellington --he serves north county: Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter). He was very helpful and helped me out of a tight situation and his employee "Tim" was terrific.

Description of Work: Left several messages via online website contact request callback and telephone voice mail. They obviously do no respond within four hours. Especially after explaining how other providers not calling back. I guess they do not need the business either.

Description of Work: Jason,presumably the owner came to house 5 weeks ago.to do an assessment of landscaping to be done and provide a plan for work. I spent 1/2-1hour with him ,we rode around neighborhood and I pointed out what I liked.He took photo;s of my likes and made notes.All very professional..Thats the last I;ve seen or heard from him.Totally unsatisfactory....

Description of Work: I called late July looking to get an estimate for lawn maintenance. Basic stuff - lawn cut, bushes hedged, etc. I called both phone numbers provided and left a voicemail, and also went on their website to request a call. Nothing. Still searching, I called again on Aug 14th, and left a voicemail. Still not one return call. If you aren't taking new customs, I understand, but please return phone calls. This isn't amateur hour.

Description of Work: took months to connect. individual was apologetic but way over booked. finally got here was nice enough. now it is well past two months and i've never gotten my landscape proposal.

Description of Work: Jason did a great job planning my landscape--getting my preferences for plants, examining my property for placement, etc, and drawing a plan. Then he did a great job getting a crew out here quickly to implement the plan. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful yard!

Description of Work: Our acre garden was a mess. Overgrown with weeds, in need of pruning, new plants and a limited area of sod.. Jason came in and transformed the place. He emphasized what I wanted, not what he wanted. He is also a perfectionist. For example, we had some white irrigation piping that he insisted on painting to match the color of the mulch! Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to Jason. We intend to retain his services to maintain our new paradise. One additional observation. A previous customer comment mentioned that Jason is perfectly willing to work in the rain. We had the same situation, but as it turned out the rain came down in sheets and his men took cover under the eves of the house.His workmen are extremely hard working, well trained, fast, efficient and polite.

Description of Work: Jason from Scapes came to our home on 12/19/11 - we had hired him thru Angie's List to provide Landscape Assessment and Conceptual Design. He toured our yard with us, took notes and pictures. As the holidays were fast approaching we told him we understood that we would not be hearing from him within a week. When we had not heard from him by January 19, 2012 (a month after he came out) I called him and he said he would have something to us by the following weekend. Again, we heard nothing and I called again last week. It is now over 2 months since he came to our home. We are really disappointed. Is there any way that through you he can complete this job or will he be able to give us our money back since he did not do the work?

Description of Work: I got an Angies list deal. Jason came with 2 workers for 2 hrs and did everything i asked. He and his crew was polite and neat. I will be using him again when I get my tax refund !! AAA+++ sevice !!!!!!! Thanx Jason
