Trudi was our initial contact. She was very pleasant, informative and helpful. We ordered and a very short time later the table was traced and two days after that the glass tip was delivered. A perfect fit. Both teams of men who came to the house were friendly and answered all my questions. Ramon hand cut the glass and rightfully took pride in his craftsmanship. David gave us very helpful information and measured for some future work promising to get soon with a quote. Highly recommended and I will be using them again for any glass or window needs.

One of the best home repair experiences. I contacted both large and small suppliers in the area. Saturn was the most responsive in terms of cost and repair to a 20-year old closet mirrored door that was cracked. Many wanted much much more to replace the whole frame and two doors. Timely, friendly and high quality. Definitively worth a strong recommendation.

As new residents in a downtown West Palm Beach condo, we needed to replace the glass tops of three occasional tables, two for the balcony, the other for the dining room. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost for this job. Moreover, after picking up the pieces on the appointed day and discovering I was one-quarter inch off in my measurement of the dining room table, I called back to ask if the glass in question could be re-cut. Not only did the skilled worker re-cut it accurately, Trudie, the owner, insisted there was no charge to correct my error. This is a specialized business I recommend wholeheartedly.

This was the smallest job ever! I only needed a small mirror cut. I called Saturno and spoke with Trudie. She had me come right in and treated me like I was a million-dollar customer. Amazing customer service, and the staff was great! We will be using them again for a large home job we are planning.

Extremely responsive in preparing table top. Helpful in loading and providing spacers that I needed. Very nice folks who really go out of their way to make sure you have what you needed to complete your request.

They were wonderful. They fixed my door the guy did a great job. They had a very fair price ad the technician was very professional.

They were very good. I was not very pleased with what he did the first time. But he was very kind, he came back investigated what he could do to improve the situation of the repair and he then fixed it. Pricewise they were very fair. I have used him again.

It turned out to be glued and they used industrial suction cups to pop it off the wall. There was no breakage and they took the mirror with them. They cleaned up what little mess that was created. I was totally pleased with the whole process.

I got several estimates and they were cheaper then the others. They showed up on time. They did what they said they would. They were very good. They didn't damage anything.
