Outstanding!

The company (two man team) arrived on time, was courteous, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet areas as well as a partially soiled area of our sofa. Our large area rug had begun to look dull and after their cleaning, it looked brand new and the colors were vibrant. It is a family owned business, who cares and takes a personal approach to the job they are performing. Our overall experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend them.

I called and spoke to Jim Santana, the owner, who explained that he uses a two step process. He first shampoos the carpet to remove dirt and stains and then he steam cleans. I made an appointment and he showed up on time. I expressed concern that other companies had left the carpet very wet so that it took 6 to 8 hours to dry. He reassured me that he vacuums the water thoroughly so that the drying time should only take 2 to 3 hours. His cleaning was outstanding. He removed stains that other cleaning companies could not. The drying took 3 hours. I could not believe the finished product. The carpet was incredibly soft and fluffy. It looked like new carpet.

Everything went extremely well.

They showed up on time and did what they said they would do.

The company returned my call promptly on Monday morning and quoted me a good price over the phone based on number of rooms and description I gave. They scheduled the next afternoon and called to confirm when they were on the way. Jimmy the owner apparantly does all the work himself, along with a helper. I was at work and my wife was there through much of the job. They busted their butts moving everything (except a huge wall unit) . When I walked in the door after work, I was amazed at how good the carpet looked. Without meeting him, it was obvious that Jimmy takes great pride in his work and his business. He and a helper were there 3 1/2 hours and cleaned every inch of carpet including closets and 7 additional runners and mats. They move everything. A ton of cat hair was removed. The carpet looks brand new again and odors are gone. After the job, Jimmy implied over the phone that I got a very good deal, and that is certainly the truth. But he honored the estimate without hesitation and did not take any short cuts. This was a rare occasion when I know I got much more than I paid for. There is no way a typical franchise cleaner would put this kind of time, effort, and quality into a $220 job. I'll be recommending him to others, and using him again. Next time we'll work out a more fair price for him! Thank you Santana.

Jimmy did a superb job and even treated a few extra stains i had in another area at no additional cost. he was thorough and i was plesantly suprised out how much his equipment was able to get the dirt and stains out i still have a few that i guess will just be permanent stains unfortunately but he was able to get alot more out than i was with my home steamcleaner vacuum. Thank you for a job well done and i will sure to use you in the future.

I was extremely pleased with this company. The owner performed the job along with an assistant and he was punctual, professional and very pleasant. The job that was done was far and away better than any other company I had used in the past. My carpets looked really clean and the stains did not come back up as has happened with other companies. I plan on using Santana in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs and will refer him to anyone that asks.

They come about once a year. He was very careful and we were shocked that our things got cleaned so well. Everything turned out very nice. It was going to cost $6,000 to recover the sofa and now we don't have to do that. We were very pleased with the price. He seems to have a small machine and he does everything himself. He doesn't come with a crew. We don't know how he does that. We were very pleased. We called 2 or 3 people and he responded first. He came the next day.

I called a week before and made the appointment. They were busy and couldn't come for a week - very appropriate time frame. Friendly person on phone assured me that they would do a great job. Cleaners arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning both bedrooms' carpeting. Good price. No hidden costs. Would definitely use them again.

Outstanding performance. Mr. Santana called ahead, arrived on time and delivered the service as advertised. Professional throughout, he did a careful cleaning job and complete area clean up at job completion. Best of the best.

They show up on time when they say they will. The workers are friendly and professional. They also move the furniture for us to clean there as well. We've recommended them to family and friends who shared our high opinion of their work. We will continue to use them for future service.
