Very good. Professional behavior exhibited by technician, as he educated me as to best practices to maintain the system in an adequate manner.

They were very professional, they provided no interest financing and they've been around a long time. I used them for the air conditioning I put in 17 years ago so I used the again.

The price was fine. They were good with punctuality. They did very well with communication and the finished is what they left in.

They came as scheduled, diagnosed problem immediately and repaired within 10 minutes. As it turns out I needed a capacitor on the unit and was charged $209+tax. Seemed like a lot for a minor part so I asked the technician for the box from the replacement part. Quick Google search results showed the exact part from numerous vendors including Sears and Amazon between $12-$21.

I was lied upon. Told unit had right freon pressure,but was freezing up because of an extremely dirty evaporator and recommended a new unit. Was told it had the right freon pressure and no leaks were suspected. Asked for pricing for evaporator cleaning and replacement but without guarantee because unit was +10 years old. Charged $100 for diagnostic. This was the day before hurricane Matthews was supposed to hit South Florida so nothing could be done inmediately. Out of desperation that night I cleaned the evaporator myself (3hs of unpleasant work), turned on the system and after some time it was still freezing up. The next day I called two different companies and both diagnosed the system was practically out of freon and likely badly leaking and there was no point in trying to fix it, as it looked like parts had been exchanged before. I'm can't recommend sansone, looks like they have their techs under commission and they will push you and lie upon to get you to buy a system from them. I ended up buying a system but NOT from Sansone...I don't appreciate being lied and out of desperate curcumstances had to perform an unpleasant cleaning that was at all unnecesary.

My annual maintenance contract is $189 and it includes two six months services. They are reliable. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They do not leave me hanging like if I have an emergency when the unit fails. I can usually get them within 24 hours. Their price is comparable to what everyone else is charging.

I know that they sold me a unit that has a dehumidifier with it. I would call it a smart unit. I think it is a little more efficient than a unit that is assisted with the standard condenser that does not have that because it actually takes the humidity out of the air first before it cools. That was a big selling point for me. The price was comparable to what other people were offering.

Not well. After they installed 2 units ( for over $8000) FPL had to come by because of the rebates. FPL 's serviceman said they hadn't hooked up the heaters. Sansone had to come back and do that. Then FPL then had to come back to check if Sansone did this properly. The FPL serviceman said this had happened before when Sansone installed A/C units. Moreover, when I went to get a home equity line, it turned out that Sansone had put liens on my home. The price had been paid in full. When I called Sansone, I asked why the liens were there and why a notice of termination hadn't been filed. Sansone said this was my responsibility. No one told me. They got the President to sign a waiver of lien. I asked them to overnight the paperwork which I must file. They said they didn't have a FedEx or UPS account. Imagine running a business where there is paperwork required and no such accounts? So, I am now waiting to hear if they can get the paperwork to me. I need the original signed documents. Otherwise, I have to drive an hour to pick these up, and then go and file the documents. I have been a long time customer. I don't think this is anyway to run a business, from the improper installation to the paperwork hassles.

I received a call the afternoon before my appointment that they are cancelling my appointment because they don't do the service I asked for (They left a message for me). So I called back to find out why? I was told they only replace or fix duct work if I buy a new unit from them. My unit is only a couple years old as I explained that when I set up my appointment. Why would I replace something that isn't needed...I had inquired about having my duct work sealed from the inside, which is a service I was told they provide...they use a system found at AeroSeal.com and they are a listed dealer. If I needed more I would be open to hearing what my issues were and what the best plan was to fix it. I guess if you are will to dump thousands of dollars into a new unit, needed or not, then you need more beyond that they will help you. But if you don't need a completely new system from the ground up they don't want to help. Back to the drawing board on who can help me with my issue.

It went very well. The technician was skillful, pleasant and the office staff notified me of the estimated time of arrival. I wanted the UV light bulb replaced in my Handler and he did that at an additional, but reasonable, cost which I expected. I will continue to have Sansone maintain my Air Conditioner. Very, very good experience.

Two guys came, unable to get a fitting to attach on the coil that was provided by the manufacturers box. Third person came also unable to make fit. Two guys left, third guy came back later when another unit was delivered and completed the job by himself. Everyone did what they could and very professional and courteous, explained things and apologetic. It seems to be a practice for initial visits that they call to advise the person is on their way which I greatly appreciate. Very pleased overall with the service. Just initially thought they weren't prepared until I was advised later by family member that was out there with them, it was due to the manufacturer's "box" and not the workers "fault" at all. Definitely will call on them again.

The technician arrived at the exact scheduled time, and entered my home with a professionally warm hello, and had all of his equipment with him and ready. He respected my home and property, and took care to keep everything safe and clean (he even wore the workman's "booties" to cover his shoes). He talked to me about all procedures and allowed me to ask all of the questions I needed to ask, with very courteous responses. Everything checked out great, and he completed the necessary paperwork, and all was done. I was extremely pleased with the technician's comfortable friendliness and willingness to discuss any question I had. He left my home clean and perfectly in order.

When the service person left, i thought it would be a good idea to call Trane (Manufactuer) and make sure that the part was not still under warranty, as some AC parts are warranted for 10 years, and the unit is only 7 years old. I called Tranes customer service number and they advised me to call a local Trane authorized dealer which I did. The gentlemen i spoke to said that the part was not under warranty. I told him the price I was quoted, he said it seemed high. I asked him if he could send a technician to verify the repair, i would pay for a service call. The technician told be that the repair was correctly diagnosed, and the that the cost of the repair would be $1068.00 inc tax. Needless to say i was very unhappy, i called Sansone told them to cancel the order, and explained why, they didnt seem to care. add insult to injury, i had to pay $97.00 for the service call. I guess they have the right to do this

Everything was good. He arrived on time and called me to let me know he was coming. He was friendly and helpful with questions I asked him about my system. It had been a while since my A.C. had gone through a cleaning so he was able to do that. He was here about a half an hour.

Determined that there was an electrical problem and fixed it on the spot. I was very impressed.

We obtained three different bids. One was Aspen AC, which told us that we needed far more than we in fact needed, as far as modifications to existing pipes etc. Their price, comparing apples to apples (even without the unnecessary modifications) was 25% higher than the other two bids. It came down to two, both which were well rated with Angie's and which were priced about the same. It was nearly a tossup, but we went with Sansone. Lester, the salesman, explained what he thought we needed and why, and did not try to sell us more. My only complaint with Lester is that he smelled like an ashtray and was a bit off-putting at times. Overlooking that, we felt that he was honest in his presentation. The techs were about 1/2 hour late, but not a big deal. They both behaved professionally, completed the job, showed us what they did, and cleaned up afterward. We are now enjoying the new AC, and it is heaven. Our old AC was a cheap system at the time, and by now was leaking freon like a sieve, and we should have replaced it a couple of years ago. Our bills have been astronomical (I suspect that its efficiency had deteriorated to nil) and it was too small for our home. Now, I am hoping our bills will come down. We have it at a higher temp than our old unit, by several degrees but it is more comfortable. We are considering the maintenance plan. I don't know how that will work out, but it may be worth it. It is slightly higher than the second bid. It is still early since we just go the unit installed yesterday. However, ,we are very happy with Samson at this point. I hope that continues.

Just bought a house and it needed a new a/c unit plus air handler and 2 new returns. The work was done professionally and on time. They did a good job installing the items in addition making sure that the outside a/c unit was bolted down on the cement pad. I would recommend them.
