Description of Work: I had an issue with house not cooling down correctly after new ac installed. They did attempt to try to correct the issue, but when all attempts did not work, they just gave up and put it on my shoulders. Afterwards, I was advised by a contractor that since I had recently changed my roof from a white tile to red tile, that apparently holds more heat in the summer. I had more insulation installed in attic and that still did not correct issue. The contractor told me the AC company should have installed a unit with a higher tonnage.

Description of Work: This company is our existing service provider for a/c and heat. I wanted to replace the old one I had that was having problems with. I first contacted another a/c business that I found on Angie'sist but Sansone was able to give me a 19.5 SEER for less than the other company was going to give me a 17.SEER unit. I bought a Carrier Infinity unit and I couldn't be more happier. The two installers were on time and knew what they were doing. That's why it only took them slightly less than 6 hours to install. They did excellent work, especially sealing the units frame work and insulating the crawlspace(air intake). They made sure the system was operating 100% , checked for any leaks and explained the thermostat, which is like a mini computer. It does self diagnostics and you can see things like motor RPMs and the pressure of air being brought into the system. It is also simple to use. Hot and Cold buttons and a plus and minus to set temps. It is a 2 stage unit. I'm glad I spent a little more. It will use less electric in the long run. 2 year labor and 10 year warranty

Description of Work: When we built a home our builder chose Sansone to design and install the three a/c systems. Modifications had to be made to their 'plans'... and we have had major (costly) problems with two of the three units. We were not offered an extended warranty, and we soon learned that they were only warranted for one year. Their service is only good IF you happen to get one particular person who knows what he is doing...otherwise forget it. I spoke to the family/owners - who were no help. I would NOT recommend Sansone. We have since used a different company to keep these units working.
