Terrible service!!!!
Description of Work: Called service tech to fix a problem with an AC unit Sansone installed less than a month ago Service tech didn't know what the error messages meant..... But was able to get the unit to run for an hour and a half..... It cut off again! So I called back....... No response after 2 hours yet they say they provide 24/7 service! That's a joke!!!! Not a happy customer! Would not recommend anyone to use them! All talk NO service!

Description of Work: The technician was very friendly and professional. He replaced a run capacitor for the blower fan in my AC quickly and inexpensively. Everything about the experience was excellent, with the small exception of him reattaching the outer panel incorrectly which I later realized had caused the sheet metal to bend.

Description of Work: They replaced the motor on my air conditioner. They contacted the manufacturer for me and and found out that the part was still under warranty. A tech came to my house and had it running in less than an hour. I was very impressed.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH, EVERYTHING WENT FINE AND WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. ABOUT SIX MONTHS LATER THE UNIT NEEDED ADJUSTMENT, THAT WAS DONE FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
