Affordable service! Safebound Moving helped me move my mother into an assisted living facility and myself into my new house on the same day. Staff was prompt and reliable, and their rates were reasonable.

This company will not do the job you pay them to do. If youâ re thinking about using this company just look at the damage they have caused in the to many to count 1 star reviews. This company broke and straight up lost over $2,000 worth of my personal items. They were 6 hours late to pick up and I had to ask them to not slide furniture across my wood floors. I was told my $1,000 grill that was dropped would be fully replaced by the mover but when I spoke to the GM they said they would not honor that promise but would try. They then dragged out the promise of a replacement for 2 months and then offered me a small amount of money compared to what they broke or lost to not write negative reviews. Future customers deserve to know to stay away from this incompetent and dishonest company if you value your items.

For interstate moves, having a 1. Full-service 2. Full-truck solution is the way to go. This is so that the movers on both ends and the drivers are all one crew and the delivery window is very tight.

Broke the grandfather clock mechanisms to pieces, dropped My baby grand piano on the tile floor, broke the glass door in an all glass cabinet. Charged me 1,200 more than the quote and refused to unload my belongings until I paid. The estimated the unloading hours and said I would get a refund if they are not there. NO REFUND GIVEN, DO NOT USE

The truck driver collected more than half of the money which was about $700 in New England, when I tried to get my stuff in Florida they wanted me to pay another $3000. They took my stuff because I said that was a scam and I was not paying that.

Very professional, quick to respond, accurate pricing

The estimate given was very low so I got sucked in. They acted as if I had been had been hinting things in our virtual estimate. They charged triple the estimate. It took three weeks for the furniture to get here and there was one young man and and older man who said he could not carry much because he had a bad arm. They arrived at 5pm and worked until 5 am, I am 76 and not well and fell asleep on the sofa. They brought the rugs in last and could not unroll them because there were boxes. Three floor lamps that were stuffed into one box with two original oil paintings worth thousands were broken. There were huge nicks and gouges in most of the large wood furniture pieces. One hand made wood plant stand was broken and the mover said you can fix that with wood glue. My bed was not fully assembled and one part was broken.Broken glass on framed prints and much other broken glass Never never use this company. Worst move in my entire life. Worst company that I have ever come across

Horrible company crooks, wrapped things so much just to use up lots of tape, cardboard, boxes and shrink wrap so that they could charge extra for everything. Took apart an antique lamp and then couldnâ t put it back together, tried to tell me it was like that. Family heirloom ruined. Then after they delivered, had to make them finish putting things back together. Wouldnâ t remove boxes unless I paid extra. Then demanded cash for a final huge payment. Said they forgot their credit card reader. Look at the reviews on line for Royâ s moving service. I donâ t think you will ever want to refer them again. I ended up spending almost 10,000 dollars for an estimated 3,500 dollar job. Horrible.

I asked whether they do the moving themselves or contract it My contact, Will Maudlin, simply lied to my face. Day of moving, Royâ s Moving showed up. They worked very hard and efficiently. Only when the goods arrived, on a Sunday, did they tell me I had to pay in cash or they would take my belongings back to the warehouse, several states away. It was extremely difficult and humiliating to get (borrow) that much cash on. Sunday. Then after we pause, we discovered that they didnâ t even move all our belongings. So we had no leverage, and low and behold, it took several weeks, many calls, very few callbacks, before we finally got the remainder of our things. The actual workers were excellent. The business and customer service people put us through an awful and stressful experience. It was awful.

Absolute rip off, unreliable service provider.

The price that was quoted turned out to be highly underquoted when the movers arrived the prices was doble and they asked for $400 in cash before to start we were not told cash will need it at pick up, movers arrive 4 hrs late and the backs were already close, locky we have enough cash. there were two days ship, they agree to have 24 hrs prior but the movers arrive two days airly and he was unable to lodd stuff into the house we need to porches storage facilities many items were missing or broken, boxes were crushed, we reach out customer serves and we have not received a response yet

Great service, great workers and easy move.

The final cost was almost $22,000 when I was originally quoted $11,000. This was after I personally packed a moved a 26-foot truckload of furnishings included in original estimate. At the time of giving the estimate I provided a DETAILED list of items to be moved. I asked three different times for the list to be reviewed so the quote could be accurate. At the time of making the moving appointment, I specifically asked if they were a moving company or a broker. I was told that their people would handle the move from beginning to end. Their people packed and loaded but a contractor unloaded and either damaged or did not reassemble numerous items. An executive desk, side return, credenza, and filing cabinet were damaged beyond repair and was left stacked, unassembled, in my office. Our very nice, and expensive, dining room hutch had the top broken off of it. Two valuable antique dressers were scratched on the top and both were left unassembled. One bedroom had all of the furniture stacked in the center and not assembled. A new bedroom dresser had a large scratch on the top. An antique sewing machine has scratches on the top and the side. At office chair has two of the five casters missing. And...two diamond rings, valued at over $2,500, and a crystal decorator piece, valued at over $500 both disappeared during the loading process. My wife was working in the bathroom where her jewelry cabinet was located. She put all of her jewelry of value in a small drawstring clutch bag so she could put them in her luggage. The loaders were working at the other end of the house. My wife went to the kitchen for a few minutes and returned to find the loaders all of a sudden in the bedroom. She picked up the jewelry clutch and put in her luggage. When we are where we were staying while waiting for our furniture we discovered the two rings were missing. Since the crew that packed up was not the same crew that unloaded us, we informed the unloading crew of the theft but they could not do anything about it. This is our fourth long distance move and by far the worst experience we have ever had.

The original price was double upon movers arriving, the estimated volume of furniture was 649 cubic feet and upon arrival 1200 cubic feet. So the original estimate was 2997.00 upon arrive 7320.00, then I talked to the office and they lowered the price to 5500. The gentleman that walked in said that he hates when his sales office quotes too low.
