The gentlemen that did our move were so kind and respectful. I have moved many times in my life and I was so pleased with how professional and kind and careful they were.

the worst company I have ever worked with. unprofessisonal, unrelaible, promsies one thing and does the other, delivery was 2 weeks late. all moving boxes were destroyed, ripped open , holes in the boxes, fans and furniture damaged, charged an additional $300 at delivery bc they said truck could not fit, only would accept cashiers check from post office and would not accept any other form of payment which was not what was agreed upon in contract. Customer service was rude. I was yelled at and screamed at on the phone when inquiring about delivery date. I never recieved phone calls when they said they would call. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE......NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

My reasons for selecting this company for a moving project were based on several reasons: à ¢à  à ¢ Timely responses to my questions à ¢à  à ¢ Their requests for additional information (photos, measurements) à ¢à  à ¢ Discount for an en route drop off I would use them again because: à ¢à  à ¢ Their movers are thorough and courteous à ¢à  à ¢ I received helpful information after the pickup (i.e. breakdown of my costs for a special situation) Heads up: à ¢à  à ¢ They have a 4% additional fee if you pay with credit card. I suggest paying by check

Initially, getting the pickup scheduled and communications were excellent. It was the shipping process of my household items that needs improvement. At one point, they could t tell me the exact location of my items and didn't get back to me about it in the time they said they would. At least the company gave me a $25 per late day discount on their fees, but they were slow to communicate with me when I made inquiries as to the whereabouts of my shipment and the date to expect them. Everyone I worked with on the phone was polite and courteous though. My belongings made it safely to the final destination a month after pick-up.

I was contacted promptly, given a quote and scheduled my job within 30 minutes if my request. They were on time and could not have been friendlier. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to friends.

This company did an excellent job with the actual moving. The problem was the salesman did not tell me they could not give a set delivery date. When we spoke he started that it would not be a problem to meet the delivery dates tha I requested. They picked up on the date requested the I was told that the delivery date was unknown because they need a full truck to make the delivery. I didn’t use a cheaper company for this specific reason. I was moving my 91 year old mother and the delivery was 5 days later than expected. This was a problem. Their communication was definitely lacking. However, the actual moving aspect was excellent. Just know you are going to have to be flexible on the dates regardless of what the salesperson tells you.

This company was great from the first phone call to packing and the delivery. It was a stressful move for us, we had items going to 2 different locations. The workers really helped us get through it. All items were delivered with no damage and set up was done upon delivery. This company is GREAT!!! Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with their assistance over the phone and willingness to do two deliveries to two separate residences in different townsfor us. Our items were wrapped exceptionally well in Florida and arrived in MA in excellent condition. Driver and assistant were extremely courteous and helpful. There is no doubt that Safebound Logistics will be the long distance moving company we use and recommend to others! Also, their price was considerably lower than their Florida competitors. Very impressive service from start to finish.

They lacked inside communication. They did not send enough men to unload the trucks and were here until the middle of the night. They were courteous and professional, however, even though they damaged some of my furniture I still have not heard back from them for compensation.

they picked up and packed everything well. Delivery was even better during plenty of snow in Boston area. They went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them.
