Description of Work: I bought approximately $6000 worth of appliances from Rosner's thinking their service would be better than Lowes or Home Depot. I'm afraid that was a mistake. I paid for the appliances on 11/23/16 and scheduled installation for 12/12/16. I called Rosner's on 12/9/16 to confirm installation time. They said we'll get back to you. A few hours later on 12/9/16, they called and said that the blue washer and dryer that I had ordered was not available. Would I like to upgrade to the next level in black? I said no, I wanted white. After multiple phone calls, I was told they could only upgrade to black. If I wanted white, I'd have to go down a level. I said ok. On 12/12/16, the washer and dryer were installed without trouble. The other appliances were not installed on the 12th as we had agreed. The combo oven was partially installed on the 15th (I'm still waiting on a part.) The trash compactor wasn't delivered until the 16th. I was charged $50 for delivery and installation of the compactor. It is my fault that I signed for the appliance without testing it first. I mistakenly assumed that the installers would make sure the appliance worked before leaving. That was not the case. After the installers left, I tried the compactor and it made a loud banging noise and the on/off switch didn't work. I called Rosner's immediately. My sales person from Rosner's wasn't available and Rosner's advised me to call Kitchenaid. KA said they'd have to send someone out to confirm that the product was defective and the first available date was 12/21/16. Rosner's finally called back on 12/19/16 and said they could have someone come out on 12/22/16. The KA repair guy just left and said all he could do would be to order a new switch and the estimated time of arrival would be 12/30/16. I called Rosner's and said the appliance was defective when installed and would you please stand behind your product? They said no, I had to have it repaired, they were not willing to replace it. They recommended I call Kitchenaid.

Description of Work: We replaced our old microwave with one from Rosner's. The old model was wider than new ones and the staff at Rosner's knew about the trim kit that would make the new microwave fit our space. Their installation company was also very good. No problems,great service,good company.

Description of Work: I bought a Bosch dishwasher, cooktop, and combo oven and a Samsung refrigerator from them. My salesman, Lee, was outstanding in every way ... knowledgeable, courteous, and did his best to get me a great price and to assist with getting the manufacturers rebate as well. When I ran into construction delays, Rosner's was very accommodating as we had to change delivery dates several times.

Description of Work: My old over-the-range microwave broke and I called around to get pricing for a new microwave with installation. Rosner's had the lowest installation cost. Their price for the microwave was a little higher than the big box stores, but the installation cost was significantly lower. I spoke to Bruce in the WPB location on the phone (I never went into the store) and ordered the microwave. My townhouse is older, so the appliances are "Bisque" in color. Most newer ones are black, white, or stainless steel. They had Saturday installation times in my area, so I scheduled it. |The installation people, subleted by Rosner's, showed up right on time, easily removed my old microwave, and were very professional and friendly. |I like doing business with a family-owned company such as Rosner's instead of giving my money to a big corporation. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

We needed specific dimensions for new stainless steel kitchen appliances. We had tried 2 other stores but the salesmen weren't very knowledgeable. Then we went to Rosner's and Staci Rosner helped us pick-out the perfect matches. The day after ordering the appliances we realized that the handle on the dishwasher would interfer with a cabinet drawer opening. There was no hassel in changing to a different model and it was done over the phone. The appliances were delivered on the date that we requested and they fit like a glove. If you are looking for great customer service, go to Rosner's.

The day we drove to the store, we knew what we were going to purchase. Upon arrival, they informed us that they don't carry any plasma TVs. We were upset that we drove all that way, and they were very unsympathetic and stated we should have called first. We mentioned that we had shopped on their website, which clearly shows their supposed inventory. Don't waste your time.
Description of Work: After much research, we decided which make and model TV we were going to purchase and looked at various business websites (Best Buy, Rosner's, BJ's) Rosner's had a great website, listing all makes and models they carry and prices.

In the meantime, I had called a repair service and their tech came to my house and actually fixed the problem. I told Staci Rosner what had happened and she was extremely nice.
Description of Work: The refrigerator I have in my house stopped working. I called Rosner's as soon as they opened and got Staci Rosner who gave me some quotes, sent me an e-mail with all the info I needed to make a decision, and then called me back to check. . Staci Rosner was a dream and I recommend that store highly.

When we were deciding which company to use to purchased our appliance, friends suggested this company. While deciding the salesman explained that if we purchased 4 appliances from Maytag, we would receive $600 back plus up to $75.00 returned fro installation. When the rebate finally arrived, I was amazed that it was not a check but a debit card for $675.00. It is the kind of card that can not be deposited in the bank nor can I take extra money with the cash returned during a purchase. I called Rosner's and since this is a family owned business (one reason I used them), I spoke with the daughter who definitely need customer service experience. At one point, when I was not getting anywhere with her, she said "I'll take it if you don't want it.'' Well that ended my conversation with her as well as any future business with Rosners. I told her it was disengenuous of the salesman to tell us we would get $675 back but neglected to inform us that it was in the form of this peculiar debit card. After we paid, the paperwork was presented to us and of course we signed. No one should do business this way. This woman managed to end what would have been a fruitful (for them) business association.
