Work was done promptly and everything is working well. Cooling much better than old unit.
Description of Work: Replaced AC unit in condo. Inside part of unit was over 20 years old.

I’ve had them a few times, three or four times or more. Number one, they’re a family business. They are reliable, and I can communicate with the people. I don’t know what the going rate is, I honestly don’t. I guess C, it’s probably average. I have somebody else in mind for some certain king of reconstruction work, but for regular ongoing, yes, I will continue to use them.

I realized that they were just putting in faulty equipment then milking the customer for repairs. I fired them and I got another air conditioner company. They checked and there was no fault anywhere. I saved myself $600 although I have spent money with them in the past.
Description of Work: I have had extensive work with them. I fired them. Originally, they put in a new air conditioning system and it kept going wrong. Everything it went wrong they said, “oh yea, they are prone to that!” In the end, I decided that when it got to the point where they wanted to put in a new coil, which was under warranty. They would charge me nearly $600, which was later charges.
