Description of Work: Had to have the spring replaced on our garage door. They were able to show up same day. Their prices were very high. Large mark up. Constantly trying to upsell.

Our prices are very competitive but may be slightly more as we provide the highest quality springs that are built to last for many cycles. We are also a reputable business that has been serving Florida residents for many years and we stand by our work and provide warranties that will be honored for years to come. We are sorry that you felt we were high priced and that we had a "large markup" as this is just not true. We truly do not constantly upsell as that is not how we do business. We try to earn our customers for life and provide quality products at affordable prices- then build relationships with our customers for life. Description of Work: I needed my garage door installed, so I called Angies List, which referred me to Quality. They didnt do a great job at all on the installation. The door was making unusual noises whenever I open or closed it. When I mentioned something was wrong to the technician, he denied it. He was also very rude and intimidating. INSTALLED GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER AFTER ANOTHER WORKMAN FIXED ROTTED WOOD. THEY WERE LATE, DIDNT CALL, BROUGHT WRONG ITEMS, AND BLAME EVERYTHING BUT THEMSELVES. THEY APPEAR TO HAVE INSTALLED WRONG DOOR BUT PRETEND NOTHING IS WRONG. ON LAST VISIT TO ADJUST JUMPING, CREAKING NOT-WORKING DOOR, STEPPING STOOL DISAPPEARS FROM GARAGE. DOOR LOOKS RIDICULOUS. INSTALLED NO-NAME OPENER. ONE OF WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY HOMEOWNING LIFE. BLECHHH. SOMEDAY I WILL SAVE UP AND GET A REAL GARAGE DOOR.

Description of Work: They came and put a new spring on our garage door. They had to come back and finish putting the rubber strip on the bottom of the door. When I asked for their senior citizen discount they advertise in the yellow pages, he said he would bring a check back with him, when would come back and finish. After 3 weeks of calls, they refuse to call me and finish the job. Horrible experience.
