Replaced a 22 year old door. Responsive company. Returned calls, sent technician for estimate when promised. Install crew was very thorough and professional, wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. Garage door is very sturdy and expected to last a long time.

Dennis came out to give us a quote on both repair and replace. He did not pressure us at all to make a decision, in fact he insisted my husband and I talk about it over the weekend. Loved not being pressured into making a decision. Every time I called the office I was able to get a response right away. When I called to let them know we were going to use them, they had the contract sent to me the same day and the permit was pulled and an install was scheduled in 2 days. The overall install by Sean when great. They were very punctual, arriving 30 minutes earlier than expected, which was great! Very satisfied with the new door and their professionalism.

The technician immediately noticed that the garage door lift unit and track were not perpendicular to the garage door and had in fact been installed off-center. When we first acquired this unit from Quality Garage Door Services, who would have guessed that the install was not 100%. Over time, we noticed a few pieces of the op-corn ceiling coming down, and just thought this might be due to age and vibration from opening/closing the garage door. In the past few months, then noticed screws holding the track bracket coming out. Guess it took all of time to cause the issues to be more prominent. The Technician took some pictures, indicated that the installation job was not done correctly, and further indicated that the technician whose name appears on our June 2012 work order was no longer with the company. The technician coming out to attend to this latest call re-hung the lift unit and track, re-adjusted the tension in the chain and door closure settings, and applied lubricant to all wheels, hinges, etc. The garage door now runs very quiet with minimal vibration. Instead of using the old brackets , we got some new hardware too.(one of which looked as if it was modified to fit the previous install effort that was not correct). The company made "good" on this visit, charging us only for the service call (basic $35), and certainly pointed out things that were no correct before - but who would have thought at the time.

I called Quality Garage service on 2/12 and made an apt for 2/13 between 8am-10am. At 11am on 2/13 I called them to asked where they're at, and the lady said that they did not have me on the schedule. She then insulted me saying that I called the wrong company for an apt! How dare her tell me I called the wrong company considering that I called her back from my recent call list on my IPhone! SHE WAS VERY RUDE INSISTING I WAS WRONG! They just need to admit when they make a mistake and not blame the customer!!!

I was advised the repairman was scheduled to arrive between 10 AM and noon. Around 1:30 PM the repairman called to let me know he did not have the keypad and would contact me several business days later when the keypad arrived to reschedule. I could not get the repairman to understand that calling me 1-1/2 hours after the scheduled time was unacceptable. I understand he may have encountered problems at the appointment that preceded mine or that he just discovered he didn't have the materials to do the job. Things happen. But there is no excuse to not pick up the phone before or during the scheduled arrival time to let me know there was a glitch and he couldn't understand that. Obviously not customer oriented.

The maintenance man, Mike, was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend him anytime and any day.

After calling the main number, I left a message for service and received a call back within 30-45 minutes from a dispatcher who said he was in communication with his tech and asked if my garage door was secure. I said no- as the door was stuck open- and he said that he would have a tech call me back within 15 minutes to arrange for the service call. I waited over TWO HOURS and NO RETURN PHONE CALL. I called again, left a second message and NEVER got a reply. Forced with the prospect of my garage being open all night and not secure, I contacted another company who came right out and handled the repairs. Next time, I guess I won't give second chances, especially after the :"D" I gave these guys last time. Do not use them- do not trust anything they say, because they are out for the quick buck and nothing more.

We had this contractor out to repair/ replace a broken spring on our garage door and we ended up having parts replaced that didn't need to be replaced to begin with. Although I was OK with the level of professionalism from the installer, the main office was a hassle to deal with, tried to rush me into decisions and didn't seem to "want to accept no for an answer". They even called to tell me they were on their way over even after I made it a point to contact their office and cancel my appointment with them. The biggest disappointment with this company seemed to be the fact that their installer was more focused on selling me parts and profiting rather than pointing out the additional problems which Ken saw immediately upon inspecting our garage door. There are companies out there that are for the buck and companies that are sincerely in business to take care of customers. Based on my experience, this is not one of the ones I would recommend.

My experience with them was fine. They came out promptly. When I first called them they gave me some suggestions for things that I could do to avoid the service calls. So I tried those but it did not work, so then they had to come on out but at least they did not just rush out and charge me for things I could have fixed myself. I have used them before; they installed the current motor to operate the garage door. Regarding punctuality, they were a little late about 30 minutes.

Charles & Chip were the 2 technicians who arrived on time. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend their services.

Initial phone contact and scheduling were efficient with next day service. The repair person was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He answered my questions and presented a detailed invoice. The garage door seemed to work like new after the servicing.

I found them on Angie's List and it was a very good experience with them. They did a great job and I was very happy with their quality of service. I checked the opener system and it was top of the line. I think the price was a little high but, definitely not very high considering the work that they did.

When the service man first arrived, he stunk. He told us that we needed a new tension coil, but a later estimator told us that the coil was fine. I didn't feel comfortable using him, because I didn't trust him.

WONDERFUL! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME USING THIS COMPANY FOR A REPAIR (USED PREVIOUSLY FOR SINGLE BAY DOOR). I THOUGHT THE MOTOR WAS RUINED ON THE OPENER & THE MANUAL RELEASE DID NOT WORK WHEN GOING TO WORK IN THE MORNING (IT TOOK 45 MINUTES TO OPEN & CLOSE IT SO I COULD LEAVE). I CALLED IN THE MORNING & THEY SCHEDULED A TIME THAT AFTERNOON. THE SERVICE REP MARK ACTUALLY CALLED ME AT WORK TO MEET HIM AT MY HOUSE AS REQUESTED (HAVE HAD LOTS OF REPS SAY THEY'D CALL 1ST BUT NEVER DID). GAVE ME OPTIONS ON A TEMPORARY FIX OR A MORE EXTENSIVE FIX. I TOOK EXTENSIVE FIX SO I COULD GET WARRANTY & AVOID IT NEEDING FIXED AGAIN IN A FEW YEARS). GARAGE DOOR OPENS SMOOTHER THAN IT HAS IN 7 YEARS. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF TRIES TO GET IT JUST RIGHT - HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL & WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS DONE RIGHT INSTEAD OF JUST DOING THE MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR THE DOOR TO OPEN. HE ALSO HELPED ME OUT BY LOCATING THE WATER SHUT OFF VALVE TO MY HOUSE THAT MY LANDSCAPE COMPANY FORGOT TO TURN BACK ON.

WE WOULD DEFINITELY ASK FOR RANDY AGAIN.
