Daniel was great. Did not have parts on truck upon initial call out and he was fully booked remainder of the week. He Came back at 6 am the next day and got it working before his normal day started so he could get us up and running. Quality garage doors is great a company with really great staff! For the visit to look at the job, it took only two day. That was good. To get a price on the job and a new custom door, I am still waiting,it's nine days now.

GREAT! JASON WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 3 AND 5 PM. HE ARRIVED AT 4 AND WAS DONE BY 4:30. I HAD CALLED FOR HELP AT 10AM.

I was given a 2-hour time slot for the appointment. The technician (owner of the company) arrived within the time slot given. Work was done quickly , and at the price that had been quoted over the phone.

Partially successful due to the clickers supplied by another company. Technician checked out and lubricated garage door mechanism.

Quality Garage arrived when they said they would and found it was a simple fix (springs & rollers just needed oiling). Work was completed quickly and fairly priced for the service call.

Once they got the permitting issues resolved all went well.

Two roller, two cables, no rail, two springs for over $500. Estimate was to perform work called on and when complete was told the the rail wasn't included, didn't have on hand and would be another $400 plus When estimate was discussed I included the rail and believed the estimate included that repair as well. Above all other work that was the most important

He was on time. Funny guy and very professional. He explained us why the garage door won't open and remote control broken. I would hire him again.

It didn't. Technician came out at the agreed upon time, took a look at the situation at hand and proceeded to tell me that he not only did he not have any parts for repair, for my particular garage door but he neither had a new unit to replace the one that I have. Why would you make an appointment with a customer, only to come out and inform them that you cannot effect their situation in a positive way? Why not ask some pertinent questions over the phone? Reply from technician: "Well that would take an additional 15-20 minutes, on top of the information already gathered". Really?! How about this instead...you have a sense of the community that you're going to and what the staple garage door height is and you come already prepared for any outcome. Please don't waste my time because it is just too important to me to have it jacked with.

The technician redid all springs and adjusted the entire door. Explained everything to me. This probably saved me from purchasing a new door.

These guys (esp. my tech Daniel) were the best. Super nice, professional, timely and HONEST - could have charged me for a whole new system but instead helped me get a the only new part I needed (for free) from the manufacturer since it was under warrantee. It's cause of this kind of honesty that will make me come back to them again and again.

The professional that was assigned to me showed up within the time window I was given without any issue and went straight to work. He quoted me an honest price and was very professional in the work that had to be completed.

So far we are on Day 14 for a job I was promised would be 4-5 day turnaround. I have had to constantly chase down info and updates and have been promised numerous calls, none of which I received. And now I'm told they won't be able to make it out for another 5 days. Unacceptable! I am livid over having been blatantly lied to. This is not good business. And the customer service has been non-existent. It has been excuse after excuse and I'm convinced they do not give a ****. Return my money so I can go find a professional company.

I thought I needed a new door. I went to Home Depot and they said I would have to wait 30 days for the new door. Called Quality and they came out on a Saturday to evaluate the door. They recommended fixing the door. Came out Monday morning and the door works like new.

Called to confirm; called and said they were on the way; worked fast and did quality work. Excellent service and professionalism. This was my second time using Quality and highly recommend them.

We have used Dave before. I called and explained the problem and Dave said he could be at my residence in 45 minutes! He came with Sean and they fixed the problem really fast and then went on to tighten and check the whole rest of the door and opener. Really fast and professional service!
