Technician (apparently not an electrician) said garage lights needed new switch due to a short in the switch. He did not have one (a common light switch!) on his truck. He also said that the ballasts I had purchased were the wrong ones (they were the two lights/three light kind). He spent forty minutes going to the electrical supply store (there is one within one mile of my house) to get new ballasts and a switch. When I called to complain about the bill, after returning the ballasts I had purchased and been told they were the correct ones for my fixtures, I was informed that the people I was talking to were accountants and not electricians, that they had checked with the tech and the owner and things were fine. THEREAFTER I discovered that the switch had been wired in such a way that the garage lights must be left on in order for my yard light (work on same switch) to light up. This was a total disaster in terms of time, cost, and service. Would NEVER use this company again.
Description of Work: Fluorescent light fixtures (3) in kitchen needed new bulbs and ballasts. Lights in garage were not working.

For the most important statement to this negative review is No matter what our techs will not just install or use owner provided materials. The saftey of our dear custormers is our vistion statment In all these years with working directly with our valued customers, that you are going to run into these types of customers that no matter what you do it's not enough and it's not correct. This type of review helps our team weed them out from our valued customer base. I personally looked at the ballast photo my tech sent to or data base and it was a multi tap voltage NOT lamps. If any responsible promotional would know they don't make this type of ballast. The ballast are listed by how many lamps and watts/voltage. The simple switch replacement and NOW other wiring problems are added to this review. Frankly I think that unlicensed an unqualified people have been working in this house and that's what she's accustomed to. As far as this 40 minite to get the correct materials is not true we have GPS and the supply house receipt has a time and a date on it and the arrival time of my tech with the customers home. That says it all. I would have to post "Beware" This is just not a true review.
