This is a great company. My wife even commented that it is such a pleasure - and blessing, to deal with such nice, friendly professionals. This is the second time we have used this company and I can honestly say that I would never even consider anyone else. I have recommended Pure Showers to a couple of my friends as well and both were extremely happy. From the very first meeting we felt confident that we made the right choice. They are very professional, friendly, responsive and patient - taking the time to thoroughly explain our many options and the pros and cons of each. They provided a professionally done estimate outlining all costs involved. Being an accountant I appreciated this. They showed up on time. They put down protective blankets on our floors, cabinets, tub etc. Did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Their workers were very respectful to both my wife and I as well as to our property. The quality of glass, hardware and hinges looks like what we see in million dollar models! Can you tell that we are so happy and that we more than highly recommend this company?

Set up an appointment to have Francisco come out for an estimate. He and Maryanne were so professional. The installers were quick and did a wonderful job. The installation came out beautiful. We couldn't be happier. Fantastic company to work with...honest people with high standards and a pleasure to do business with!

Francisco came out for an estimate and reveiwed all options for styles, doors, hardware, etc. We booked the job and the installers came out a week or so later. They were prompt, professional and did a great job with the glass shower enclosure, it looks exactly as we wanted and had previously discussed. They finished in one afternoon and we are very happy with the finished product.

It was a perfect installation, which took place 7 days after the measurements were taken and the old shower was removed. The installers were very professional. There was no mess. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of a glass shower installation.

We had a great experience from the first contact we had with Francisco. Everyone was extremely professional and their work exceeded our every expectation. Quality work and beautiful product. To this day everyone who comes to our home and sees our new master bath comments on how beautiful it looks and how our glass enclosure makes everything pop.

This company provides the best customer service out of any we've ever dealt with. They take pride in customer satisfaction and it shows. Their response time was almost immediate and they were punctual. Their prices beat several others because they are both the fabricators and installers, which saved a lot of time for us as well. The job took 2 days to fabricate and almost a full day to install. My husband and I do a lot of renovating ourselves, so we tend to be really particular about things. I called them about a couple concerns, (excess silicone, transom clip a little too close to wall, and a door handle I wanted switched out) to which they replied it is not a problem and they would take care of it. Francisco, the owner came out right away, cleaned everything up, switched out the handle and was sure to tell me he wasn't leaving until I was completely satisfied. His wife, Maryant, even said she wouldn't cash the other portion of our payment until both myself and my husband were satisfied with the job. Beautiful work and great customer service, we'll be calling them shortly for our next bathroom remodel.

Set up appointment for review of job and do measurements in first call Showed up on time with all necessary equipment; did the measurements and provided a proposal that I accepted on the spot Mirrors and shelves were fabricated in a timely way, but at my request, installation was delayed to allow related work to be completed by cabinet makers Remeasured to make sure previously fabricated mirrors would still fit; for no additional charge removed approximately 1/16 inch from bottom of mirrors and returned two days later to install. WOW! Installation is beautiful. Can't imagine that there is anyone out there better or more professional.

I told them exactly what I wanted, it was beveled all around. I was told that it would take a few weeks. It came out so beautiful. When I used Angie’s List I got a great discount. They called me and kept in touch letting me know they were in the process. They let me know when the delivery was, and 100% let me know every step of the way. I really enjoyed their customer service and very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish Pure Showers, Inc. was an exceptional contractor. They were punctual and if they were running late they would call and let you know. They were extremely neat and clean. When they walked into my house even to do measurement the put covers on their shoes. They were price competitive and were exact in their measurements. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office staff was always courteous and friendly. The service provided was timely and accurate. I give them an A+.

Francesco the owner was very responsive. He came over on the scheduled date and time. He measured both bathrooms (master and cabana) and the next day I received his estimate. I had gotten a total of three estimates and Pure Shower came in very competitive. I decided to go with Pure Shower and am very happy I did. I gave them the order and he told me how long it take to fabricate both jobs. They completed both projects on time and right on his estimate. Not only were they good and professional they were very nice to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. I think it very obvious we are totally pleased with their work.
