+ -1 moreThey worked with us to get the plan through with our HOA (it took several tries) and arranged the building permit, but they took a very long time to actually begin to install the fence. Once installed we noticed that several sections of the fence have the finish scratched off and they left a huge space under one of the gates (large enough for our dogs to get out). We have contacted them several times to ask them to come fix the gate (add a small section to fill the gap) but they do not return phone calls and have not been out to complete the work. Based on their lack of follow through and unwillingness to finish the job, I would not use them again nor would I recommend them.
Description of Work: Installed a metal fence around our back yard.

Description of Work: For the new construction on our 2 story home, Prince Dev. did a few different projects on our house. They did the double gates to the entrance to the covered area to our front doors( see photo). They also did a great job on a side gate (see photo) that contained a digital lock to eliminate the need for carrying keys when we go out for family bike rides. We also had some very nice railings (see photo) done on the first floor patio and a matching one on the second floor balcony. The crew did a very clean professional job installing the railings and gates. They always showed up when promised and communicated everything that pertained to progress with the job at hand. The whole process from initial design, measuring the layout, manufacturing and final installation of gates and railings was very seamless with the help of Jason at Prince Development. We will definitely use them for any projects we do in the future.

+ 1 moreThe crew consisted of 3 people, they arrived right at the time they said they would. They then installed all the screen walls of my porch enclosure. They then installed the 3" insulated roof system. They worked all day in a very professional and courteous manner. They finished the entire job in 1 day. I couldn't believe they had the entire job completed. They cleaned up the entire site at the end of the day. By the time they had the job cleaned up it was dark! The building inspector came the next day and passed my inspection with no problems. I was very impressed with this company. They informed me that their family had started in the screen business in the early 1960's and it showed in their experience! I had recently bought my home and this is clearly the best investment I have made for it.
Description of Work: Prince Development Group provided a screen porch enclosure with an insulated roof system. They also installed a gutter system that drained into my backyard. They took my existing hurricane shutter track and made it into a removable system to that I could store the track in my garage.

+ 8 moreThe first day thru to the last day they were always very prompt,officiant & professional. We have a 3 year old son who is very interested in construction & working with tools of all types they were very patient with him & his many questions even letting him "help" do little things. They were very clean & kept the area safe they also worked every day to the fullest not even stopping during the sometimes torrential afternoon rains that are more frequent than not during south Florida's summer.Doing a remodel can be stressful especially with a toddler & 2 puppies but they were so fast & efficient it all went very quick & smooth which kept the stress at a minimum.When we had any questions or changes they were promptly answered & taken care of.Overall it was a great experience with a great company that we will use again for future further projects throughout our house.
Description of Work: We had our Florida room completely remodeled which consisted of tearing down the existing windows & door. They built new walls,added electrical outlets & switches,installed new windows & a set of French doors,trimmed out the new windows,doors,& added baseboards,removed sliding glass doors & track & filled in with a new wall where sliding glass doors were & added an electrical box to that new wall so we could hang our flat screen TV & the wires would be hidden,ran electricity along the backside of a beam on the ceiling(the ceiling is wooden with cross beams)enabling us to hang a light fixture or fan & added a switch for that,removed old window in our walk in pantry installed new window & trim to match Florida room windows,the pantry roof is a flat roof separate from the main house roof it had some leaks they replaced old roof & put a new one over the pantry,they removed wood siding on pantry exterior & replaced with stucco,they finished the outside of the Florida room with stucco and tinted the primer the color we are planning to paint for the entire exterior of the house,the interior of the Florida room was finished by adding texture & painting all the walls,they installed a Bahama shutter & removed 2 a/c wall units in other rooms filled them in & finished with stucco.
