It was a disaster. I contracted for a new AC unit for sunroom, they installed on 12/12/23 and submitted for payment to finance company on 12/13/23 as completed. Permit was abandoned on 12/13/23 and today 1/18/24 City of Boynton Beach issued me a summons for work done without a permit. They don't respond or say anything.

Premier Comfort came out to install a AC unit in July 2019 5 Ton Lennox unit for our main house and I paid the monthly fee for maintenance of my other unit and there unit. They always found something wrong with the other unit that my old AC repair friend did but never an issue with there unit. Anytime they found an issue with the other unit my friend would come out and take a look and see nothing wrong, and it worked fine. Now the unit they installed I have had nothing but problems. I called them cause my drain pan filled up and the guy (Jerry) came out to check and said the line was clogged and he couldn;'t blow it out and I would have to replace the entire line and get a UV system which would cost updwards too $700+ dollars. My AC repair friend came out out and blew the line and everything was working again. I still continue to let them do maintenance. Today my AC there unit is not working, the breaker keeps kicking off and the technician) (Anthony) came out and they charged me a diagnostic fee of $100 and said the breaker was the problem and then left. My Dad who is pretty handy came out and we troubleshot it again and the compressor was the problem. Premier sent Anthony back out since he was just leaving my house and he concluded as well this TIME that the compressor is bad. They will replace the compressor but want to charge me over $3000 to do the work, compressor is under warranty and I understand labor is not covered. I called my AC friend who owns his own company and still in business and he comes out and tells me the compressor is bad confirmed, but the AC until was never installed properly as there was an oil leak at the compressor area. Several times Premier Comfort came out and they didn't notice or ignored this issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS, THERE THIEVES AND THERE TECHNICIANS ARE TRAINED TO UPSELL AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT YOUR ACTUAL PROBLEMS.

We have been Premier Comfort Club Members since 2018. Back in November, technician Jason came into our home for service. Within days we had substantial water damage. Another technician came over that evening to inspect the air handler and pump. I don't know what he did, but he said maybe the pump had been plugged into an outlet in the attic that didn't have power or that shut off with the attic light. In any case, everything was working fine until Mr. Smith did his maintenance and then we had a major water leak in our attic. Ceiling, walls and carpet had to be ripped out. Our emails and phone calls were not returned from Sofia Lewis. Premier Comfort Service, Inc. never took responsibility for the damage, only offered a small amount of money to defray our costs.

We purchased a brand new Amanna 2 ton system (so we were told) in 2015. Everything was fine until November 2020 in Southern FL. The A/C stopped putting out cold air. The tech came and stated that there was a coolant leak in the air handler. The unit, only 5 years is still under warranty, so parts were supposedly covered but labor was not. They charged $2400 for repairs after waiting a week for the part. We then enjoyed about 30 min of cool air. Then it started all over again, this time it was the condenser coil outside. As of now we are still waiting 2 weeks for the second part. They said no charge for the second part & repair. So now, both of us working from home have had no A/C going on 1 month now and out $2400 for repair of a 5 year old system! Which cost $5000 new. I feel like we are getting ripped off by premier comfort services and living in hot humid south Florida, all they had to say about it is, “ Yeah, that happens.

My father-in-law’s a/c unit was leaking. I called Premier Comfort at 4 p.m. They were able to schedule me in at noon the next day. The technician, Kevin Oliver, arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain line with suggested a pan treatment. He gave me a price to unclog with the pan treatment ($373 - includes diagnostic work). I agreed, and he started the work. Once the drain line was clean, he wanted to make sure the unit worked properly before he left. The freon was low due to a leak. He gave me a price to recharge ($269). When he left, the unit was running properly. He said we need a new unit. The unit was 24 years old. He offered to call the office to get a quote. I said I needed to talk to my father-in-law first. Kevin was very patient explaining the problem to me. I felt no pressure to get a quote from his company, although that is my plan in the future. Kevin is also a licensed plumber. If I had any plumbing problems, he could have handled those problems, also. I was very pleased with the service Kevin provided, and I would use Kevin again to handle my a/c or plumbing issues.

Their quoted price was almost double what we paid elsewhere

.I guess they scheduled me. It was a plus for them because they seemed conscientious about seeing whether there was maybe moisture around the air handler. That was electing that there might have been something with the air handler or the area that the air handler was, not the air handler itself but the area in which the air handler might have had some kind of leak that was allowing condensation or moisture. That's why the ants were collecting around there, so they came out within a month with the idea of following up with the ant problem. It turned out there was no problem. We got rid of the ants. It was just a random situation. The cost was included in my service contract but I think they sped up the first inspection date because of the ant problem. The technicians were excellent. Thoroughly checked. I was very satisfied with their inspection.

They were the best. They gave me a very good price. They were punctual. They also offered me a maintenance service because they also do air conditioning and plumbing. As part of the overall deal, they gave a like $13 a month ( I paid in a lump sum, yearly lump sum of $170) to do two big inspections of the air conditioning and one inspection of the water heater a year. Very well. Everything was fine. The technician was great. They were punctual. Did the job in a couple of hours. I wrote some good things about them on a review site. They were excellent to work with.
