I don't write reviews even if I get bad service but this company might be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I am talking Comcast cable Bad. I was unable to move myself out of my House after I sold it as I was helping support the restoration or hurricane Irma in Miami . I was stuck in Miami Helping Support restoration so I called porta move portable pod storage of Jupiter. They moved me out of my house and I spent thousands of dollars with them. When I returned after 17 days I scheduled a date to move my stuff into my new apartment. I was told that they would deliver my stuff at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. I called at 8:30 a.m. to confirm that they would be there at 10:00 a.m. and they told me that they were a little backed up and they wouldnt be able to deliver to 1:00 p.m. I called at 12:30 And I was told that they couldn't deliver my stuff today and they were just about to call me. I explained to them that this was my last vacation day and it was totally unacceptable and they told me the best we can do is deliver tomorrow morning. I asked To speak to the owner of the company and the gentleman on the phone told me that he was the highest person i could talk to and I said no I'd like to speak to the owner he said that he is the owner now. Obviously I know he is full of it. I asked how I was going to be compensated for this delay and he claimed that I would not receive a discount. I then proceeded to call the Boca raton office and requested the owners phone number when a gentleman got on and said he was the general manager of South Florida and his name was Ryan Mathews. He called the Jupiter store and he got back on the phone and told me that the best that he could do was to deliver it tomorrow morning and basically I was out of luck. He said he could take 10% off though for my troubles. After spending thousands of dollars, they are now holding my entire life hostage. I have no options and they know it as they hold all my stuff. Please do not use Portamove Portable Pod Storage.
