He billed me BEFORE he even started for $130 when he quoted me $95 on the phone. When I questioned the difference he wrote me this, which is copied and pasted from his email: "With all due respect, my costs are none of your business.Seeing as how this is going, I think it would be best if you found another service. Please ignore the invoice I previously sent you and I will tell RIch to take you off next week's service schedule." I simply asked a simple question, what the cost is of "stabilizer" is, which is the reason he said the price was $35 higher. His reaction to my question shows his character and how he does business. A customer should be allowed to question the bill they receive, especially when the full bill is due before service is rendered.
