Description of Work: Called and specifically asked if could deliver to town house in Florida. salesman looked up home on google earth and said no problem. Pod delivered to home in maryland and picked up up a few days later, no problem. Delivered a few weeks later to Florida but driver said he could not place it in driveway, even though customer service had guaranteed it could be done. Driver just said it happens all the time-salesmen do not know what they are talking about. Had to have pod placed off site and hire movers and truck to unpack the pod, load and unload their truck in my driveway. So did not do the job guaranteed by company.
