+ 2 morePipeling Technologies, Inc caused damage to our units storage and our personal property by breaking a sewer pipe and causing damages. Pipelining Technologies, Inc. was contracted to do a sewer pipe relining in our condo. On April 9, 2018 the workers contacted me and said that while cleaning the sewer pipe, the pipe broke, sending sewage all over my family's personnel property. The installers did not take the proper care while working on this sewer pipe causing damages to our personnel property. The company was notified by our condo board. Pipelining Technologies, Inc. did not deny causing the sewer leak, but they said they would not submit the claim to their insurance company. If your condo is considering using Pipeling Technologies for pipe work, I would run like the plague. This company runs a "sloppy shop". Although they say they are insured, they will make a mess of your property and say they are not responsible.

+ -1 moreTheir tech teams came right out, diagnosed and repaired the problem with no hassles. Again, we were totally pleased with their workmanship and professionalism.
Description of Work: Four years ago we had to redo our entire plumbing in our 60+ year old house due to rotted cast iron pipes. After considering several different methods to rectify the problem, we were convinced that Pipelining Technologies was the least invasive and most effective method to do the repairs. With an excellent guarantee on workmanship we have been very happy with the results. We recently had a small blockage.

+ 1 moreI decided on Pipelining Tecnologies for several reasons. First, my daughter-in-law does work for many condos locally and heard many nice things about the company's work. Secondly, they had very good reviews everywhere I checked and checked out in Tallahasse and the BBB. Finally, this is all they do, they do alot of it, they are the only company interviewed that can do 2 inch lines as they have the very expensive technology to be able to. I opted to have the entire waste system all the way to the hook-up done in both houses. We remained in the homes during the work. I was impressed by the teams they sent to both houses. They worked quietly and were very considerate. My mother who is in end stages Alzheimer's was living in one of the homes. The two jobs took 3-5 days each. By about 3pm to 4pm each day we were able to use the lines. The price was similar to the other companies ($20,000 for one and $30,000 for the other approx.) for more work. Imagine trying to redo the entire waste system in a house while living in it if you did not use pipeling...impossible and more expensive. Please do research on the process and on the companies. Pipelining Technologies will stand out. I am very happy with the work done and impressed by the company.
Description of Work: Two homes, both built in 1964 needed extensive wasteline repair. The one home had two lines with breaks and channeling. The additional lines were in poor shape. The other home had a break in the main line and 2 -2 inch lines (one totally blocked and the other collapsed at the bottom) that needed repair.

Description of Work: Pipelining Technologies was one of four companies I contacted about lining all of the waste lines in two houses in North Palm Beach. I eliminated one of the four immediately. The other two were good companies but did not have the ability to address 2-inch lines. A person who works with condos in this area recommended Pipelining Technologies. The person said the company had an excellent reputation. I was able to get some reviews from condos. They video inspected the two houses for pretty much the going rate, immediately provided the videos and plans. One house had a 2-inch line collapsed at the bottom and a 2-inch obstructed line. They gave me a price to descale and jet that house before giving me a bid on that house. (Descaling and jetting is necessary prior to pipelining.) For the other house, they gave me a bid to line all the main waste lines under the house and the line out to the sewer. It was in keeping with the other two bids. However, they were also able to address the 2-inch lines, and I was impressed by their equipment and thoroughness. |To date, we have finished both video inspections and begun descaling, jetting, and re-videoing one house. The other home is scheduled for the lining this week. The price reflects the video inspection of two houses and the initial payment for descaling and jetting one house and lining the other.

+ -1 moreWe thought that we would have to do trench or tunneling to replace all piping in our home. We then found PTI. Craig from PTI came and gave an estimate for free based on the condition we know the pipes are in from previous plumbing videos performed. They explained their guarantee and what the work entails. We had to pay for them to run a video down the pipes which took a couple hours. This video was very detailed and was provided to us when it was complete. Since we have not heard of this method, we were able to call previous customers and hear about their experience which were all positive. We researched the science behind the method and decided to go this route. Mike and his team were able to complete the job in 4 days. They were very professional at all times of working with them. They came to my home and never left a mess. Their communication was great (which I find rare in a lot of companies now). I would highly recommend PTI to anyone. I am so happy we went with them because this project could have been very stressful if you are dealing with an unprofessional, inexperienced company.
Description of Work: Pipelining Technologies, Inc (PTI) lined the piping through the entire house due to cast iron rotted pipes causing backups and stenches in my home. As well as, palmetto bug infestation.

+ -1 moreThe crew that did the repair were friendly, clean, and punctual. After they finished lining the pipe (which they did from inside the home) they cleaned the floor surrounding the work area. The day that the pipe was relined, I was able to use my kitchen sink that same day. After getting rid of the existing rats that had traveled to my attic, I never experienced any issues again.
Description of Work: Pipelining Technologies, Inc. video inspected my main drain line and discovered a huge hole in the pipe that ran behind my kitchen sink. They then suggested to reline the section of broken pipe. Before the repair, I was experiencing extreme rat invasions and unable to use my kitchen sink because water leaked from behind the wall; tons of rats were coming up the sewer line and coming out of the pipe into my walls.
