Description of Work: I have used them since March of 2010 to upgrade my landscaping and then as service providers for long term service. They started out well but I have had problems since. When I try to call noone returns my call or it takes forever for a return call. They now want to double the price I have been paying/month for the last two years. I understand a price increase but double is ridiculous. The irrigation people have been great and the actual mowing is great however they don't always come. It is now rainy season and they just skipped last week saying that I only pay for 36/year cuts (which is true) and since there is five weeks in May they must skip a week however December through March they only mowed every other week. I was told they would mow every week during rainy season and every other during dry season. I have had them upgrade landscaping 3 times and they have done a good job. Most of my problems are with the office staff and communication.

+ 0 moreThey were very disorganized. They didn't bring the plants that we had asked for. They are not punctual. They brought us poor quality plants that I had to refuse on several occasions.
Description of Work: I used PHOENIX LANDSCAPE SVC to replace some plants in our yard.
