Description of Work: the contractor had a very difficult time being forthright on what aspects of the job were being done, and when they would be done. As a result he broke many promises and consistently failed to deliver on expectations and his word. |Furthermore, the contractor did not use a formal change order system to track changes which made it impossible to stick to a budget or track dollars. His initial estimates were grossly underestimated compared to the work that needed to be done to complete the job. As a client, this felt very much like being bated and switched. While some of the workmanship was at par, other work was done hastily and is now being redone. The contractor also had a very difficult time communicating via phone, text or email. Ultimately he would reply in some manner but his responsiveness was typically very slow and with a demeaning undertone lacking urgency and respect for the client. Overall it did not go well.

Description of Work: We've used Patrick's company for about 2 years. Big projects (entire new kitchen, full upgrade / replacement of all windows and doors to impact), and small projects. Excellent work on everything. Very nice people too...including all subs they've used.
