Terrific. Steve returned my initial call the same day. Convertible top removed and replaced on schedule and on the same day: drove one-and-a-half hours just to have Palm Park Auto Upholstery complete the job. Worth the extra drive. Quality job, and excellent customer service. All the nice comments posted on Angie's List about his business are true. Additionally, the cost was less than half the price the Nissan dealership quote!

Steve was very friendly and informative. He was honest about what he could and could not do and what he would need to check on with the dealer. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help me.
Description of Work: The sunshade material in my 2011 VW Tiguan completely pulled loose and bound itself into a wad in the back section where the motor is located. I spoke with Steve on Monday and he agreed to take a look at it on Tuesday morning. He agreed to help me remove the sunshade material, so that I could safely drive the car without visual impairment and check with the VW dealership on the cost of the materials needed. Later that day, I picked up my car with the shade cleanly removed and Steve provided me with a quote on the material costs. He didn't charge me at all for the shade removal.

Description of Work: I am thrilled! I drove in without an appointment to get an estimate and Steve immediately greeted me and walked to my car. He was very busy so I brought my car in the following week on my day off. I had the headliner on my sun roof replaced, the driver's seat was taken off and restitched down the outside seam, and my door handle was stuck in the open position on the inside. The driver's seat alone took over 5 hours - impeccable work all for $275!!!
