Description of Work: We initially hired Palm to do a complete gut and remodel of a condominium we were buying in Boca Raton, but for complex legal reasons the closing has been delayed (cancelled?). In the meantime, Palm prepared and revised kitchen designs and renderings, complete architectural plans for demolition and remodeling, etc. We had already given a large deposit for the project and have agreed to compensate them for work already done -- whether or not we eventually complete project. Based on what they actually did so far, we recommend them highly.

We originally started off going through our insurance company due to a major leak in our kitchen that resulted in mold throughout our walls and cabinets. The team responded and was well prepared to assess our situation. They isolated the mold, brought in ventilators/fans, filters/ blowers and let us know that they would be back after the weekend to complete the kitchen. As soon as Monday came, the demolishing of the kitchen was done - and by Friday our granite was put in. We explained to Michael that we had a planned vacation the following Monday,and he even got one of his workers here for us on the weekend to finish up the granite back splash. It is the kitchen I've always wanted! I am constantly receiving compliments on it which reminds me that we made a great decision. We were so pleased with their work that we contacted him right after our vacation to remodel our en suite. Again, within a week - it was done! Michael was great at helping us choose paint colors with complimenting tile and stone. If you're looking for great service, that's quick and professional - go with Palm Home Improvement.
