handyman service
+ -1 more.It went horribly. They never responded to my calls or pleas...I said to keep a sum for the estimate and coming over to see the problem...no response!
Description of Work: They were to repair a 1 floor upstairs condo shower stall and the tenant decided to use his own contractor. I gave Michael Fanelli (Ownwer Builder Alliances) a deposit for $1500..(before the tenant decided to use his own contractor) I called a day later and they would not refund the deposit. There was nothing on the contract saying they could keep the deposit. I am now dealing with small claims ct. I m disgusted by the attitude of this so called company. HELP!!
