Light was mounted in correct place by me. I requested the electrical to be ran behind.wall and wall switch to work. David installed new electrical box but installed the light 1"lower. Mirror won't fit. When asked to correct the error, David ask.for another 80$ . Also requested to install light outlet on.side. wall under vanity. David had to cut the.base board to install GFCI outlet. We were never informed our new.baseboard needed to be cut to do so. When ask to rectify...well, to summarize his text back said "wish you better luck with the next guy"

The renovation project was a long process but David came and worked well into the night to get the electrical part of the job done. Everything worked wonderfully when he was finished. We called him back to my mother's house to fix an electrical issue at her house. She was very happy. Would recommend him.

He never finished the job. He won't respond to my calls and has made zero effort to schedule the completion of the job. I am so incredibly upset because I thought this guy was different.

The fan and the chandeliers are absolutely stunning. What we like best is the automation system that allows control of lighting from our smartphones as well as remote controls. Mr. Ochoa was very personable and offered great ideas for other electrical projects I'm planning. I have already called on him for another project for outdoor lighting to add to smartphone system. Very pleased.

He is really good guy. He didn't try to over charge me, our try to get me to get things I didn't need. He was on time and very professional. I didn't feel like I was being cheated as a woman. He was very clean and very well manor.
