He does a thorough job and he is very careful to explain everything that he does. I respect the fact that sometimes he postpones a maintenance visit to take care of another client's emergency.

Technician was prompt, easy to deal with and did top notch work.

David had checked the units in the winter for the heating output and had showed us a clever way to get a standard filter into the non-standard filter holder. He came back out on a Friday, as scheduled, and checked that the air conditioner compressors and units were operating as specified. He found that one was over-pressurized, so he took the time to bleed off the refrigerant slowly and got it to within specs. He was courteous and even pointed out that while under the house, he'd found a loose vent. He told us what to look for to see that the unit continues to run properly. The repair was enough as it has been working smoothly ever since his visit. We expect to have him back this winter.

He showed up in the one hour time window he promised. He did his work promptly and courteously. He offered a discount since I was a past customer. He created an invoice from his computer and e-mailed it to me. I paid him by check, he thanked me for my business, and he left.

Technician was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. He actively listened and was knowledgeable in making recommendations for future improvements and upgrades.

Serviced furnace, replaced fuses. Let me know what was going on. Told me when to change filters in the future. Very personable.

Job 1: Before we knew Dave, we had a contract with a big co. that checks heating & a/c systems every 6 mths. They came 1st & said we had a loss of coolant that might have damaged the system. B/c the heat pump was "older" & there could be unseen damage, they recommended a new h/pump & gave us sales materials. We said stop, as we want a 2nd opinion. Then we remembered we had a home warranty policy that covered the h/pump. We called them, & they called Dave. He added coolant, didn't see a leak anywhere, & put in a new heating element for the auxiliary system. His approach was to wait & watch for leakage or any evidence of general malfunctioning. That was over a yr ago, & the system continues to work fine. Job 2: This was an unusual situation b/c there was serious time pressure. David was super busy as always, still came on a Sat. morning (called him on Fri.) & fixed the AC. He saved us from a difficult situation & went out of his way to be helpful. Friendly & fun to talk with as always.
