I had A LOT of small ants, spiders, and mosquitos but the two exterminators I hired before Native Pest Management couldn't resolve my issues. Native came out once and I was already seeing improvement, then eventually the annoying pests were gone! The service I received was unlike any other. They listened to my issues and concerns and weren't pushy to sell me unnecessary stuff like the rest of the companies I contacted. If they see something, they will say something and make recommendations which I appreciate.

They were amazing to work with, offered more than fair pricing and were very nice.

Native gave us a second opinion after another company found dry wood termites and insisted that tent fumigation was necessary. Native concurred that dry wood termites were present, but that a no-tent treatment would be sufficient, saving us lots of time and money. Native did not find evidence of the subterranean termites that the other company "found."

Absolutely awesome communication and knowledge. We obviously need to wait to see the effectiveness of the treatment for the outdoor ants, but Matt was A+ for responsiveness and professionalism. He answered all of my questions with interest and patience. Their online portal is incredible and shows you exactly which chemicals were used, any precautions to take, schedule of upcoming visits, and easy payment. I had agreed to a treatment of trenching around and root drench of the palm trees for the insects in my palm trees. No such treatment has happened. technicians have come out twice using an off the shelf product containing imidicloprid at a retail cost of about $2.50/treatment. This was sprayed around the palm tree base. I would not have been so upset about this with the exception that I was told the extra labor for the trenching and the root drench was going to cost $1000/year. I have now been waiting for 3 weeks for a call from a manager.

Spoke to owner, Luke, very good at explaining things. He sent Matthew to investigate. He explained things as well. He sent Curtis the next day to start the job. Curtis did a magnificent job - moved things and got behind everything. Answered questions and explained things. I would give them the highest marks. Would use them again! Highly recommend.

They did an inspection and determined the roaches were coming from under a loose toilet. They had caulk and sealed the base of it as part of their pest treatment and the roaches stopped completely!

I received my first bimonthly pest treatment in October and continue to be pleased with Native Pest Management. They performed an exterior treatment. Today I received an email reminder that payment was due, was easily directed to a payment portal and was done in seconds with paying for the service. All around, Native Pest continues to exceed my expectations for a service provider.

Having bought a home with extensive landscaping in Florida, for someone from NYC, I was quite overwhelmed. Luke (owner of the company) has gone over and beyond to try to help us out. There was extensive education about all of my landscaping, and an amazing bundled price between all of my pest control needs, and lawn care. Bugs are not a big issues, in home ants are no more, and the caterpillar problems with the boutganvilla are resolved, I have reached out to Luke on multiple occasions and he has always been very responsive with feedback about my landscaper is doing right or wrong. Luke with active pest control came highly recommended by a friend. This far he has lived up to it.

I faced a ghost ant invasion, to the point that they should have been contributing to the mortgage payment! I wasn't home for the initial appointment (8/31) because I was out of town, but the feedback that I received was great. The service occurred as expected and when I returned home a few days later I only came across a handful of ants on my first day back. By the next day (and since), no ants. This morning (9/9) Luke came for a follow up treatment. He was on time, friendly and thorough. I'm very pleased with their service and professionalism.
