Mr. Appliance of The Palm Beaches

Mr. Appliance came and said maybe something wrong with filter and sensor on our Bosch dryer. He worked on it and dryer was working. He left and the same day, and it stopped again when filter light went on.I called, he came back 2 days later. Worked on dryer and same scenario, it stopped working same day. Refused to refund payment of $152. Do not waste your time and money!

Mr. Appliance wants to be paid twice for the same repair. In July 2017 Mr. Appliance repaired my ice maker. It has failed many times since. Subsequently, they made several visits to effect the repair. The last on June 2018. The unit has again failed and they are requesting I pay full price for the repair. NONE of the repair attempts have not succeeded. Paying twice for the same repair does not seem fair.

I use them all the time! Usually they come back if they need to within the guarantee time. They did a really good job on my stove. I know the employees and am comfortable with them being in my home.

The man arrived, spent 10 mins , then told me that there was nothing he cold do to fix it, as this model has a sealed door making access to the water line impossible. So I paid someone $70.00 to tell me something he could have told me over the phone. He also told me that they wold check all of the databases to see if there was anything else he could do, (these are the same on line databases that I told him I got my information on possible fixes), and get back to me in a couple of days. After a week, I called him to ask if he found out anything. He didn't, but he meant to call me. Waste of time and money.

THEY CAME AND DETERMINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY ORDERED THE PART AND SCHEDULED THE TIME FOR THE REPAIR. THEY RETURNED ON TIME AND MADE THE REPAIR. JUST WHAT WE WANTED.
