 + -1 moreA remote, outdoor camera I purchased, burnt out after one year of a 2 year warrantee. MPYRE COMPUTER NINJAS claimed the manufacturer of a remote camera, would not honor factory warrantee. I had to then buy a new, more expensive, replacement camera. Eventually I decided I was going to contact the manufacturer directly about the warrantee and asked MPYRE COMPUTER NINJAS for my broken camera back, which was in their possession. After trying several times to pick the broken camera up, I was told I waited too long and the owner threw it out. The fact that they didn't contact me BEFORE throwing my camera out was unacceptable.
Description of Work: NOTHING!

 + -1 moreOverall it went extremely well. The tech was able, with a great deal of difficulty, to get into my Toshiba laptop to assess the problem Had told me that had he been unable to repair it, he would not have charged me. I had gone to Best Buy where I bought the laptop and their Geek Squad gave me a minimum estimate of $200 to do the same repair.
Description of Work: I tried to have them honor a factory warrantee on an outdoor camera I purchased from them. After several months, they claim the manufacturer of the camera would not honor the warrantee, which was still in effect. Long story short, I had to purchase a new camera, which they installed. I decided I was going to contact the manufacturer myself and went to the store a few times to pick up my broken camera. After the 3rd time, I was told that I waited too long and they threw it out

Description of Work: Jessica has always been VERY friendly and professional when answering any of my questions and problems. Thank you for fixing all of my computer issues! They can even remote acess your computer and fix your computer right oway!!!
