The appliances are great and the install was fine. They did take these back without a restock fee, but it didn't help with the hole left in the countertop or the holes made in the new cabinets trying to fit them. Their salesmen should have more knowledge about what works. We were also not told that people with pacemakers should not buy induction cooktops.

If you like professional service, you will find it with Llyod Feldman at the Pompano Beach location. Lloyd was patient and detailed with an overview of the many appliance options. Each staff member encountered, from the front desk to the accounting department, to the shipping and receiving and warehouse was courteous. Every call was returned promptly, every e mail answered swiftly. Working with Lloyd at Florida Builder Appliances was an all around a good experience.

I met with a sales representative named Stephanie Walsh. She quoted prices $600 higher than another local vendor. After telling her that, she said she would call her local Marvel representative and provide an updated quote. After 1 week I called her to ask for the quote. She apologized for forgetting to follow up and said she would call back that day. I left a voicemail a few days and its has been 3 weeks but she will not even return my call. It strikes me as odd that a store would make no effort to secure a $5,000+ sale from a client whose family has spent $15,000+ at the store in the not so distant past. This store it utterly unprofessional to the point of being rude, I wasted time in dealing with them. In the end I ordered the 3 units from a New York appliance shop and the delivered price represented about a $900 savings versus Florida Builder Appliance. That transaction took 10 minutes by telephone.
