MIKE'S WINDOW CLEANING

In the past, it was absolutely fine. But today they Never Showed Up or made contact for an appointment to see our new condo for a more extensive cleaning of our new condo. They were logged into our security gate for permission to enter. My husband was there from 8:30 thru 10:30 AM waiting for an 8:30-9AM appointment. So we are going with a competitor's bid.

As agreed, the two person work crew arrived as scheduled. They were very clean and orderly, worked quickly and diligently and did a wonderful job. The company is easy to work with and schedule work. They call in advance to confirm an appointment. We have used them before and will use them again.

We have been using Mike's for several years and they are the BEST. When I call to set up an appointment they are always pleasant, professional, and even have a record of what services they did at the last visit. The crew of two (sometimes 3 or even 4 have come depending on how much work we need done) arrived on time, and as always whipped through the house like whirling dervishes, leaving all the glass sparkling in about an hour! Interestingly, one of the crew asked if we burn a lot of candles in the house (I do!). He then proceeded to show my husband how a fine film of soot deposits on the window glass throughout the house due to the A/C system picking it up. Who knew?? We certainly appreciated his pointing this out! We use Mike's at least twice a year and have never been disappointed!

I was concerned when the young men showed up and they were tattooed from head to foot. Shame on me - they did the best job on my windows ever! They went beyond what others have done and made sure everything was perfect, including the supposedly "hopeless" sprinkler-stained windows. I was happy to tip them generously!

Whenever we contact Mike, he calls back promptly to schedule an appointment. His crew is always on time and respectful of your property. The crew brings their own ladders and all equipment. The windows look fabulous when they are done.
