They did such a good job, I returned with more rugs.

Had oriental rugs cleaned by another company 2-3 years ago and was taken for a ride! Called this company, as it had been recommended by a local oriental rug seller. Excellent, excellent, excellent, in all regards. Real professionals! They even brought in a UV flashlight to identify pet stains and double treated them. Also, they asked why I moved furniture and said that they will do that next time. I could not be happier with this company, and they charged me less than half of what the other company charged.

We brought the rug in, because pick up and delivery was just too expensive for the distance. Which is understandable, as we are in Loxahatchee. The rug came out like brand new. Very happy with it. There weren't any stains, but were some discoloration. And that was lifted it. They did a wonderful job.

The rug was in desperate need of cleaning - it is in a high traffic area and takes a lot of abuse. I delivered it to Merry Rug and about a week later was able to pick up a spotlessly clean rug. This wasn't the first rug I have taken there. This particular rug is olefin, but they have also cleaned wool Chinese rugs and orientals for me over the years. I have never been disappointed. Not only that - the employees are really pleasant and easy to work with! I'm just about to take this rug in again (not waiting so long this time as we now have a dog who went through puppyhood since the last cleaning!) and I realized I really should review this terrific rug-cleaning treasure tucked away on Georgia Ave. in WPB.
